★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best salad bar in Tokyo! The price is reasonable and you can eat anything like salad, pasta, fruits, bread, soup, dessert, drink bar, etc unlimited time! They have good cheese toast as well. Also you can order grilled meats and seafood. If you go there when your birthday day, they will surprise you with the birthday cake and some staff will singing “happy birthday” for you. Of course the cake is free!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Sizzler’s salad bar. They have variety of selections of meals. you can enjoy not only many salads but soups, rice, curry, pasta, gratin, tacos, desserts and icecream!
Prices are litle bit high but I think it’s reasonable. I always satisfied when I visit Sizzler restaurant.
Caution: Their prices vary according to time and day. For example, Salad bar priced at weekday lunch: ¥2,000, “Holiday Lunch”: ¥2,350 and “Dinner”: ¥2,530.
And they have good views of Shinjuku skyscapers or center gardens of Mitsui Building.
And yeah.. grills are still good. Nothing special to mention about that. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a family restaurant of some sort that offer an alternative way to eating American AND healthy. Their all-you-can-eat salad bar is decently garnished and varied, the available meats are just alright, neither fantastic nor bad. Their fruit bar on the other hand terribly lacks variety. Only pinapple, dragon fruits and lichies, their peaches being soaked into a disgusting sugary sirup, I wouldn't call that a fruit.

PS: you get 20% discount if you go on your birthday. Also they give you a nice cake and take a photo of you and your group and frame it for you at no extra charge!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A once popular American chain buffet that has slowly died out back home (on the US east coast) but somehow found its way here with a few locations.
Surprisingly satisfying due to it being a nostalgic cheap standard American salad bar buffet experience. Buffet has quite a bit more than just salad.
Decent price and good overall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an okay place to get food if you have a big appetite. Being that it’s buffet definitely can eat your moneys worth.
But at the some things may not as be as good as you’d think. Some of the dips and salsa may have taste or no taste at all. Also the specialty salads like potatoes tuna salad, chicken lentils salad and so on may also have bland taste.
Service is descent but not consistent. So that might be some issues you may consider. And because of its unique location this is a very international customer restaurant ranging from local salary men and women to tourist from Asia and other parts of the world to clubs and students that may be in this area.
If you do decide on going, weekday nights before 6PM don’t seem to be too crowded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chain American dining done well. The salad bar has a great selection, well beyond your standard lettuce and carrots. While that makes a good meal order in itself, you can supplement it with a selection of meat and fish dishes at a really reasonable price. Beware, the additional orders are substantial! I went for the 2pc ribs and was surprised at the portion size, especially with the side of chips!
