★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great burger joint in Lumine. It’s not the best in town but it’s consistently good and for some reason I’m always happy to return here, with a smile. The burgers are all pretty good. There are actually a number of burger joints throughout town that all belong to the same operator, so you may find yourself having a very familiar meal both here and elsewhere. Love the fries.

Interior is very nice, has an open plan kitchen with stylish young staff serving you. All of them are very kind, attentive, and full of smiles as the name would suggest. Every time I emptied my glass of water (I was really thirsty), the staff would fill it back up without me even needing to ask.
The homely Americano style of the decor is cosy and gives such a comfortable atmosphere. My friend and I had such a great time noticing the little pop culture references around the restaurant and just relaxing.
The menu is in English and Japanese, with a focus on the American-ness of the food, very cute. As someone from the UK, I know a good beef burger when I have one and this was nothing short of one of the best I've had while living in Japan.
Please come here, for the sake of your stomachs! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here Friday afternoon and it was very busy... Be prepared to wait a little ... Staff were very friendly and helped us to get seated quickly .... The hamburger was good but the pastrami sandwich was excellent, good volume and very tasty... If you're here I'd definitely recommend that

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A restaurant with a wide selection of burgers, sandwiches and shakes, as well as some other food items. The bread they use is quite nice, which seems to be somewhat of a rarity in Japan. One of the better burger places in Tokyo. Worth dropping in if you’re in Shinjuku.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ate here just before dinner time and got seated right away. The place is usually full so be prepared to wait a few minutes when it’s their peak hours. You’re also only allowed 90 mins in the restaurant.
Got the Mozzarella Burger and it was really good! Meat was lovely, while the fries were superb. Best fries I’ve had in a long time.
Their milkshakes are really nice as well!
They also have a vegetarian burger in their menu.
Overall, good experience here. The staff were very friendly and served you with a “smile.”

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our favorite thing about this burger shop is the large variety that they offer. I chose a bacon cheeseburger, and it was really tasty. The fries were also delicious and were free as part of a lunch set, along with a drink. The staff was friendly.
