C	Camry 2104 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 慶応４年（明治元年）に築城が許可されたという日本史上で最も新しい城です。元は陣屋造りだったものがこの時に城郭へと生まれ変わったようです。今では府立園部高校の敷地になっています。門と櫓を組み合わせたなかなかよい写真を撮ることができますが、それ以上のことはありません。それだけならば良いのですが、隣接する公園内に国際交流会館という城郭風の現代建築が建っています。写真では伝わりにくいですが異様なボリューム感があり、石垣風の壁の一部がガラス張りになっていたりします。歴史的にも特に意味はなさそうで、現存する園部城の価値への配慮が感じられません。城好き的には残念でしたが、話の種にどうぞという意味で、全否定まではいたしません。 It is the newest castle in Japanese history that the castle was approved in Keio 4 (Meiji first year). Historically, there seems to be no particular meaning, and no consideration is given to the value of the existing Sonobe Castle. It was a pity that the castle was fond of it, but in the sense that it is good for the seed of the story, we will not do anything to deny it.

ま	まっちゃん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 園部城跡という評価だと高くならないかも知れない。しかし、高校の正門がかつての城門という点では最強クラス。今回、三十数年ぶりに城門の前に立った。昔は周りが開発されてなく、もっと重厚に感じたなぁ。校内にも杉の大木があったと記憶。ベッドタウンの新設高校に通っていた身には羨ましかった。今回もやっぱり羨ましかった。生活指導の先生が、校門前で藩士の格好で槍持って挨拶してたら面白いんだけどってのは冗談です。「お主！スカートが短すぎるではないかっ！」 It may not be high if it is an evaluation of Sonobe Castle.
