う	うさちゃん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 定期的に通院してる病院が近くて… 診察前や検査後で 11:00迄に間に合えば朝食or昼食代わりにサクッと食べるのが好きな焼魚のある朝定食のお店です(´艸｀)♡ 時々焼魚が無性に食べたくなることあって… 朝定食はどれでも440円(税抜)なので… いつも食べるの決まってます(笑) ★鯖文化干し定食440円を頂きます朝定食はご飯少なめなのですが… このくらいの量が丁度良くて気に入ってます(〃∇〃)♫ いつもは朝定食だけなのですが… たまたま同じタイミングで入店された2人組の親子がトッピングを注文されてて… 通常50円(抜)の小鉢が朝定食のトッピングとしてなら30円(抜)で追加出来るんだ〜と知って腹ペコ気味だったので… 野菜補給兼ねて ★いんげんの胡麻和え30円(抜)もあとから追加で頼んじゃいました♡ ボリューム(通常より)は少ないですが… 魚+野菜…バランスも良さげで◎ いんげんの胡麻和えは思った以上に量ありました(´艸｀)♡ 朝から焼魚の和定食をしっかり食べて… 身体も喜んでる感じ♡ また… 通院前後や早目の時間に近くを通る時きっと寄ると思います♡ サバの文化干し定食… 切身は小ぶりなんですけど(^_^;) 皮パリ〜身ふっくら〜レモン汁をお借りして大根おろしとお醤油(濃口､薄口どちらも両方美味しい♡)にレモン汁垂らしてご飯と食べると… (〃∇〃)日本人で良かったぁ〜って気分になる(笑) ごちそうさまでした The hospital I go to regularly is nearby ... み	みかん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 外観が気になって立ち寄りました！席についたら置いてあるあったかい湯呑みを手に取り、ポットの中に入っているあたたかい麦茶をついで飲みます。外は寒いのでホッとしました。悩んだ結果、しんぱちオリジナルの鳥の生姜焼きを注文。お味噌汁はみりんが入っているような甘さがあり、油揚げの甘さもありな感じでした。ほのかに甘い感じの甘さです。鶏肉はとても柔らかく、キャベツもたれと良く合います。小鉢は小さいたくあんのような感じでした。長居ができない雰囲気と私は感じたので、その後カフェにハシゴしました。ご飯だけ食べたらすぐ帰りたい時に良いと思います。 I stopped by because I was worried about the appearance! Even after noon, it is a shop with good cost performance. Small bowls are cheap and beer is cheap. The charcoal-grilled fish is soft and fluffy and the skin is crispy. The miso soup felt modest in salt, which was also a good impression.
