I went for breakfast at one of the coffee shops on the 3rd floor after looking at houses in the area and their breakfast deal was amazing value for money.
Toast, scrambled egg, ham and a small salad for ¥160 when you also buy a coffee. The coffee was decent as well and is boiled in Florence flask and then poured fresh. The coffee is ¥500 or a tad more depending on the one that you choose. So breakfast with coffee is around ¥700/£4.70.
Not bad really considering the coffee is £3.50 which makes breakfast just over £1.00 - I'm definitely stopping in again.
