横	横山祐 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一階方南通り側にすかいらーく系のお洒落カフェレストラン、ナイアガラの滝側にスタバが有り、二階にヨガと、飲酒禁止の3DプリンタスピーカーによるBGM付きの開放されたフリースペース（椅子&テーブル3種有り）と、建物の中央吹き抜けにボルタリング施設が併設されている。（フリースペースに関しては、とてもステキな税金の使い方だと思います。できればキレイな状態を維持して頂きたいです。）トイレはカフェレストランでお借り出来ます。目の前には立ち入り禁止の整った芝生と、その奥には通行自由な芝生スペースがあるがコロナ禍だからか人が多く、芝生そのものはところどころに生えた状態で土が大半を占めるスペースがある。平日でも人が多く、子供連れやペットの散歩の方も多く利用されています。週末などはけっこうな密状態の場合もシュクノバから方南通りまでの間にもベンチが幾つかあり、便利。シュクノバの背中辺りにレンガを用いた看板(？)があり、アイデアに感心しました。方南通りを挟んだ一階がローバーミニのビルの二階にデニーズ、一階に前からあるスタバがあるので、シュクノバ含めてこの一角だけ、やたらとカフェには事欠かず、重宝しています。 There is a stylish Skylark cafe restaurant on the south street side of the first floor, and Starbucks on the Niagara Falls side. There is yoga on the second floor, an open free space with background music (3 types of chairs and tables) with 3D printer speakers that prohibit drinking, and a bouldering facility in the central atrium of the building. (As for free space, I think it's a very nice way to use taxes. If possible, I would like you to keep it clean.) Toilets can be rented at the cafe restaurant. There is a well-equipped lawn in front of you and a lawn space behind it that is free to pass. There are many people because of the corona sickness, and the lawn itself has a space where the soil occupies most of it in a state where it grows in places. There are many people even on weekdays, and it is also used by many people with children and walking pets. Even if it is in a fairly dense state on weekends etc. There are several benches between Shukunova and Honan-dori, which is convenient. There was a brick sign (?) Around the back of Shukunova, and I was impressed with the idea. Denny's is on the second floor of the Rover Mini building on the first floor across Honan-dori, and Starbucks is on the first floor. There is no shortage of cafes in this corner, including Shukunoba, and it is very useful.
