★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been staying at Hyatt hotels all over the world for over 20 years. I have never experienced the absolutely shocking level of service I received at this restraunt with my family today. Impossible not to take as a personal insult. I don’t mind paying the over inflated prices for average food - hotel restraunts are all about convenience after all - but we recieved the type of attitude that would normally be reserved for inmates at a prison.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel restaurant. We stopped by for an early dinner, and it wasn’t crowded at all. Feeling like having Italian food, we had the spaghetti bolognese and lasagne.
Overall, food and service were good. I wish there had been more desert options though!

Dinner 1- Lovely server who went out of her way to explain dishes etc.
Dinner 2- Server refused to consider a side of salad with my steak instead of the potato/mash/fries. Not a big deal but not what one expects while staying in the hotel for over a week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the pricey side but you get great service and great quality. Only been here for breakfast buffet. You have a wide selection of western food and some japanese food. Examples of the selection includes baked goods, fruit, cheeses, deli meats, fresh omelet cook, japanese curry & rice and much more. Full espresso bar. Can't go wrong here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived and checked in late at the Hyatt Regency in Shinjiku where this cafe is located. Nice, bright and comfortable decor, except the seatings are a bit crowded. Ordered some late night snacks, a salad and fish and chips. The seafood salad was very refreshing, light, perfect for the late night. The fish and chips, on the other hand was a bit sinful, but turned out to be surpringly delicious, lightly coated, gently fried, very tasty fish slices! Really enjoyed it! Prices were reasonable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food, the Dinner Course is very well balanced, portions are right at the point. The fish on cheese sauce is superb, pasta, a carbonara spaghetti, more in the Japanese style than an original Italian but at the same level of accuracy and taste.
