自分が契約している駐車場に停めるなと何故か文句を言われる。エアコンも壊れている。入居前から破れていた網戸を直しもしないどころか退去時に網戸を破っただろうと言いがかりをつけてきたりとなかなか最低だった。

Somehow I get complained not to park in the parking lot I have a contract with. The air conditioner is also broken. Instead of fixing the screen door that had been torn before moving in, it was quite the worst, saying that he would have broken the screen door when he moved out.

しかも最初すごい高圧的だったのに、弁護士に相談して連絡したら凄い探ってくる態度に…それでも支払われんかったけど笑
結局弁護士に依頼する方が高くつきそうだったから泣き寝入り。二度と使いません笑
The security deposit was not returned.
And at first it was really high pressure, but when I consulted with a lawyer and contacted me, I was looking for a great attitude ... I was still not paid but lol
After all, it seemed more expensive to ask a lawyer, so I started crying. Lol i never use it again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 上階の子供が夜中でもドンドンと飛び回り騒音が酷いので不動産会社に電話すると、「子供なんだから騒ぐし、そこはファミリー物件なんだから」と逆ギレされた、話が全く通じません！
ここで借りない方が良いですよ、、上から目線のおばはん達です。

電話するといつも電話番？の人が出て、あとからその上の人に繋がって、もう一回用件を伝えないといけないため、初めは用件を伝えずに『ちょっとお尋ねしたいことがあるんですが担当者の方よろしいですか？』と聞くと、『ご用件は？』と言われ、珍しく今日はこの人が対応してくれるのか？と思い、仕方なく用件を話すと、『しばらくお待ちください、別の者に代わります』と…。
毎度毎度一回で対応出来ないなら初めからその上の者に代わってくれ！！何度も話すのは手間！しかもこちらが改善して欲しい旨（深夜に大声で騒ぐ声、ベランダ喫煙等）伝えると、少しキレ気味に『それは仕方がない！』と…。
百歩譲ってそうだとしても、言い方というものがあるのでは…？特に年配の女性。まぁこの方がここのトップ？なんでしょうが。
このような対応では賃貸で何かあった時に対応はしてくれないでしょう。おススメしません。
