★ ★ ★ ★ ★ クレームの電話するも、謝罪なし。営業担当者は逆ギレしてくる。1番は住民の程度が低いことが問題だが、この会社の営業担当はレベルが低い。仕事が遅い。そしてやらない。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 松本ビル管理から別の管理会社に変更になったが迅速で対応が良くて驚いている。今までほったらかしで住みにくく凄く嫌な思いをしましたが良かったです。

（入居後カビ汚れは入居者負担で清掃）と契約にあったので
注意しなくてはと思い入居してみれば、
風呂、キッチン、冊子まわりは既にカビまみれ。
退去時に請求してくるのでしょうか？
また、リフォーム後の清掃に入っておらず、キッチンコンロまわり
油汚れ
キッチンシンクコーキング抜けで水漏れ
壁紙張替えの接着のりが全てのドア、ドア枠に残っており
ベタつきとのりの腐敗か酸っぱいニオイが充満。
(ドア以外のクローゼット、下駄箱まわりも同様にのり残り)
清掃だけで1日以上かかりました。
施工職人が雑なのもそうなのですが、施工後の洗いが全く行なわれていない。
これで退去時にルームクリーニング代を請求してくる意味がわかりません。
清掃されている所に入居し、掃除せず退去するから支払うものではないのでしょうか？
確認に来た担当のコメントも新築ではないのでと言われていましたが
初めて賃貸に住んでいる訳ではなく、酷すぎるという事です。
ドア、ドア上も真黒のホコリが溜まっておりルームクリーニング後に溜まった汚れではなくそもそも清掃されていないのが明確。
こちらの会社が管理している物件への入居はおすすめしません。
メールで問い合わせしているので、
管理会社の対応は追って汚れの写真と共に追記します。

普通入居者決まったら新しくするのでは？
入居者入る前に確認するのでは？
完全入居したその日にトイレは詰まりラバーカップで応急処置してくださいとの事で応急処置したらなぜか歯ブラシ出てきた
問い合わせしたら『歯ブラシ使う様な清掃はしません。清掃はあくまで軽くだけです。』と電話で言われたが、何の為のクリーニング代？清掃代？
便座は交換しに下請け業者だけ
管理会社の人間は来ると行って来ないし連絡もしない。

3年位住んでいて、毎年管理会社が変わっていたからオーナーもよっぽどの人なんだけど、退去の立会の時に、オーナーと管理会社の人が来て、もともと簡易的な棚板しか置いてなかった棚に対して、こんな状態で人に貸すはずがないと言われて、その分を請求された。初めからその状態だったからそれが普通だと思って記録もしてなかったのでびっくりした。
それ以外にもいろいろ二人がかりで文句を言ってきて最低な管理会社だった。
