F	F Sweet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とても最低な会社！！今、住んでいるマンションの大家さんが高齢のため、こちらの会社に引き継いで管理されてますが... 去年の大阪の大きな地震の際に上の階のフロアがひび割れてたので電話しても受付の女性の対応が悪く、すぐ直せないと。水漏れなってるから早く直してほしいと散々話したが後日。。台風の際に、ウチのベランダのドア硝子にひび割れ...電話しても受付の女性が対応してくるず。。前の大家さんの頃は毎週きれいに掃除してくれてたのに、今では散々汚ない。ペット可物件なので、犬の散歩で階段も汚れまくり。更には、掃除どころか管理できてないので掲示板の画ビョウが落ちていて娘がサンダルで踏んでしまい出血の怪我。家賃の支払いが忙しくて数日遅れてしまったが、それだけにオニ電。こちらは謝ったが、全てにおいて向こうから謝ることはなく、それから改善も全く無い。 Very poor company! !
