★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数年前になりますが、以前こちらで部屋を契約しました。あたった担当者次第だと思いますが、私が担当してもらった方は対応が事務的。対応が悪いわけではありませんでしたが、壁が薄くないか聞いたら鉄筋だし大丈夫じゃないですかねと軽く壁を叩いて終わり。もう少し雑談を挟んだり情報を提供してほしかったです。無知な私も責任ありますが、そのまま契約したらとても壁が薄く騒音に悩まされました。
一番嫌だったのが、次回手続き予定を決めた時にうっかりほかのお店も見たいかもと言ったら、いきなり隣から先輩らしき人が入ってきて、どこも一緒ですよと、目を全く合わせずきつい言い方をされました。かなり不快でした。常識がないし失礼。今引っ越しを検討中ですが、こちらは二度と利用しません。

What I hated most was that when I decided to go through the procedure next time, I inadvertently wanted to see another shop, but suddenly a person who seemed to be a senior came in from the next door, and I didn't look at them at all. It was said tightly. It was pretty unpleasant. Excuse me for not having common sense. I'm considering moving now, but I'll never use it again.

初めてのお部屋探しでしたが、また何かの時はこちらでお願いしたいと思います。
女性が担当についてくださいましたが、女性ならでは気遣いや提案もあり、同じ女性としてとても安心しました。
私の方が歳上だと思いますが、お姉ちゃんみたいな感じで心強かったです！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今回で3回目の利用でした。前回は他店で契約しましたが、契約もしていない電気会社会社から請求書が届き、びっくりして担当の方に連絡をしたところ、呆れる対応でした。次の転居時は他社でと決めていました。ですが、1回目の対応がとても良かったので、やはりエイブルさんと思い、初めて長居店に行ってみました。女性の樫木さんが担当してくださり、親身に対応してくださいました。急ぎの転居ではなかったのですが、ペットの事も調べてくださり、ぎりぎりまで色んな物件をあたってくださいました。今回は残念ながら、私の条件に合う物件はみつかりませんでしたが、次回も樫木さんにお願いしたいと思っています。お世話になりありがとうございました^_^

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小川さんという店長代理さんに対応してもらいましたが、予約していったにも関わらず、資料の準備もしてくれておらず、1番見たかった物件も今日は管理会社が休みなので鍵を借りれません、この部屋は今朝申し込みが入りました等後出しが多すぎた。そんなこと前日までに調べて連絡できたのでは？と不誠実さに不信感でした。こちらでは契約しませんでしたが、申し込みをしないと帰らせてくれない圧があったので、利用される方は気を付けてください。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 物件の問い合わせの電話をして、物件を調べて送りますねと言われたのですが、待っていても物件の情報は来ず、再度問い合わせた所、最初に問い合わせた物件を提示され、顧客の情報や、やりとりを覚えていないのだと幻滅しました。
お忙しいのでしょうが、送れないのなら送りますと言うのはいかがなものかと思いました。
その上、その物件は人気なので個人情報をいただけたらお部屋止めしておきますと無理に仮契約を勧められました。
すでに別の会社で契約しましたが、他社は対応が早く、このようなことがありませんでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここの小川というスタッフが対応が悪すぎる。希望を伝えて予約して行ったにも関わらず、用意もしてくれていないし、話も噛み合わずちんぷんかんぷんなことばかり発言して無駄な時間が過ぎていく一方。この時間までには帰らないといけないと予め伝えていたのに契約しないと帰らせてくれない雰囲気。おかげで大幅に予定に遅れました。名刺によると店長代理のようだが知識も浅いし、何一つ褒めるところなし。この人に当たった場合は担当を変えてもらうことをお勧めします。二度と利用しません。
