大正から続く古いお店。店先で鰻を焼いていて良いにおい^ ^ 予約なしで1人でランチ訪問しました。 個室でゆっくり食事できました。 メニューは蒲焼か鰻重。鰻重をいただきました。 甘さを控えたタレ。 お吸い物はちょっと薄味すぎに感じました。 ぬか漬けが美味しかった。 注文して割と早く出て来ました。 鰻は小ぶりなのもあってか、ふっくらはしておらず、弾力がある感じ。皮パリではなかったです。 特別美味しいとまでは言えませんが、店の雰囲気と接客で星3です。

The menu is Kabayaki or Unadon. I received Unadon. Sauce with less sweetness. I felt the soup was a little too light. Nukazuke was delicious. I ordered it and it came out relatively quickly. The eel is not plump, probably because it is small, and it feels elastic. The skin wasn't Paris. It's not particularly delicious, but the atmosphere of the restaurant and the customer service give it a 3 star rating.

久しぶりに美味しいうなぎが食べられて大満足です。老舗うなぎ店ということで、とても趣のあるお店でした。店内隅々まで掃除も行き届いていてチリひとつない印象。スタッフの方々も笑顔たっぷりで気持ちよく食事ができました。

ランチでうな重3500円で漬物吸い物付き。 今はランチしかやっていないようです。 うなぎはあまりふっくらしておらず、たれ少なめの焼き強めのこれぞ関西風という感じのうな重です。 値段3500円でこのうなじゅうかつ雰囲気も楽しめるお店ですので、よいんじゃないんでしょうか

ランチに訪問。  創業明治41年。100年以上の歴史がある鰻屋さん。 山陽電鉄別府駅から徒歩10分の場所に。 メイン街道から路地に入った場所にある一軒家。 老舗という言葉が相応しい店内は、お庭が見える座敷の個室で、料亭のような気分で食事が楽しめます。 専用駐車場があるので、車での訪問が便利。  メニューは鰻料理か、要予約の会席料のみ。 鰻料理は一匹入ったうな重orかば焼きか、3切れのみでリーズナブルなうな丼の2種類が。  この日はうな丼定食と単品でう巻きを。  〇う巻き ほんのり出汁の香りが効いた固めの玉子に、刻みタイプの鰻。 鰻の量は少し少な目で、寂しさが。 可もなく不可もないお味で、よくあるう巻きといった印象。 添えらているきゃらぶきが地味に美味い。  〇うな重 鰻が一匹入ったうな重に、肝吸いと香の物が。 大ぶりの切り身が2切れに、一口サイズが3個という変わった組み合わせが印象的。 薄目のタレに、炭の香りはほとんどなく、上品なお味。 愛知・浜松の国産鰻を使っていることもあり、臭みはほとんどないが、脂ののりもいまいち。 タレの味が薄目なので、鰻自体の旨味を感じやすい。 その為、好みが分かれそう。 パリッとした食感や、フワフワとした食感がなく、全体的にメリハリがないように感じる。  うーん。 それなりに美味いが、なんとも微妙。 値段を考えると少し割高に感じるが、お庭を含めた個室と雰囲気代と考えれば納得の範囲。 個人的には場所が微妙なので、近隣に用事がなければわざわざいく必要はないような気がする。 ただ、接待や密談、優雅な雰囲気を味わいたいなどの目的なら有りやと思う。

I love Unaju. I was very much looking forward to it. But the quality of the Unagi was a little bad. It was low in fat and had a hard texture. Sauce is also very normal. Rice is also normal. The price is very expensive. I'm not happy and I won't go anymore. This store is bound by history.
