周りの卵は今流行りのふわふわ系ではないが、オムライスの中のチキンライスの瑞々しさとデミグラスソースのハーモニーはピカイチです。東京でもなかなか見つけられないくらい美味しい。というか、最近分かった傾向として卵ふわふわで誤魔化してないお店の方が中のチキンライスが美味しい。
I love omu-rice here. Especially chicken rice inside is pretty good with demiglace sauce.
The eggs around are not trendy, but the freshness of chicken rice in the omelet rice and the harmony of the Demigrass sauce are incredible. It's so delicious that you can't find it in Tokyo. Rather, as a recent trend, chicken rice inside is more delicious in eggs that are fluffy and not misled.

一番人気はオムライスのようである。オムライス(デミグラスソース)を頂いた。チキンライスは、やや酸味が強目のケチャップの味がしっかりしていて、具の玉ねぎ、ベーコン、ピーマンも相まって美味しい。卵は、ふわふわ・トロトロの半熟系ではなく、薄焼卵(内側は半熟)でほぼ円形のライスを包む形。その上から味が濃い目デミグラスソースが掛けてある。
サラダと味噌汁がセットであるが、味噌汁の味も濃い目であった。
座席数は、テーブル席が約16、カウンターが約6。
接客は良い感じで、料理が出るのは早い。
休日のお昼時はすぐ席がいっぱいになるようだが、予約は受け付けられてないとのこと(2019.9)。

The most popular is like omelet rice. I got omelet rice (Demigrass sauce). Chicken rice has a slightly sour and strong ketchup taste, and it is delicious with onions, bacon and peppers. The egg is not a fluffy and soft-boiled half-ripe, but a thin baked egg (half-boiled inside) that wraps an almost round rice. On top of that, there is a Demi-Glass sauce with a deep taste.
Salad and miso soup were a set, but the taste of miso soup was dark.
There are about 16 table seats and 6 counters.
The customer service is good and the food is fast.
It seems that the seats will be full soon at noon on holidays, but reservations are not accepted (2019.9).

デミグラスソースのオムライスをいただきました。
ご飯やソースの味の良さもさることながら、卵がふわふわで絶妙な焼き具合でした。とても美味しかったです。
ただ、私が頼んだものをご主人が作られている間
キッチンの目の前のカウンター席に座っていた常連らしき中高年の男性客が
マスクもせずに大声で店員さんと談笑をされており、それだけでも不快だったのですが(ご主人以下、店員さんはマスク着用でしたが、この男性客のマスクはカウンターの上に置かれていました)
私の頼んだオムライスのセットとして出されるサラダが置いてある方向に向かってこの男性客が咳をしていました。不衛生極まりないです。非常に気分を害しました。
せめてお店側から、何らかの声かけをして欲しかったです。料理の味はとても良かっただけに、非常に残念でなりません。

I wanted at least some kind of voice from the shop side. The taste of the food was very good, so I am very sorry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昔懐かしいレトロな洋食屋です。店内は綺麗でどこか懐かしい雰囲気がします。オムライスは少し甘みがあり、玉ねぎが多めです。デミグラスが美味しいです。ハンバーグは鳥取和牛を使っており、肉の風味がしっかり残ってます。
スパゲティは昔ながらの喫茶店の味です。

It was good to enjoy the weekly set meal in both Japanese and Western styles. Of course, Demi sauce has that taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オムライスを食べるなら「にしやま」と言うくらい鳥取では有名なお店だと思います。
最近流行りのオムレツを開いて「ドロッ」みたいなオムライスではなく、昔ながらのケチャップライスを玉子で包んだタイプのオムライス。
見た目は少ないかな？なんて思いますが、しっかりとボリュームもあり満足出来ます。
オムライスのソースは確か3種類、ケチャップ、ホワイトソース、デミグラスから選べます。
また、メニューにはないお子様ランチもありますが、大人が食べてもイイくらいのボリュームがあります(笑)
帰りに子供にヤクルトとお菓子のお土産があり、子供のテンション爆上がりでした。
テイクアウトもされている様です。
