地元に愛される寿司店とのことですが、見た目は普通の寿司なのに芯を残すように炊いた洋風シャリで提供することがあります。そんな店主の遊び心が効いた湘南寿司を楽しむには、まだまだ湘南歴が浅すぎました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ このお店で特におすすめはアナゴでとてもおいしいと評判です。店主があなごに全てをかけていると言っているほどです。アナゴがイチオシのお寿司屋さんはあまりないのでアナゴ好きはこのお寿司屋さんに行ってみるべきだと思います。
Especially recommended at this shop is reputed to be very delicious with the anago. The shopkeeper is saying that he is doing everything on Ego. I do not think there are so many sushi restaurants of Anago, so I think that I like to go to this sushi shop like anago.

気さくな大将をﾖｲｼｮしながら特別な日はお腹いっぱい食べましょう。おまかせで一周頼んでたくさん飲んでも1.5は行きません。
名物の特大アナゴは事前予約が吉。
駅から少しありますが、試して損は無いお店

湘南前寿司とお酒をいただきました（写真は、中トロとホタテが写っていません）
お決まりなのに、全部握って一度に出すのではなく、一貫ずつ握ってくれました。
形も良く大きさも適度な握りです（高級店では一貫がとても小さいところがありますが、私はあれは苦手です）
何よりどの寿司だねも新鮮で味も最高でした。
途中、エビ出汁の味噌汁が出ますが、これが染み渡ります。
唯一注文をつけるとすれば、握るテンポが速く、まだ皿に握りがあるのに、次を握って出すところです。握りは出されてすぐ食べるものだというのは理解していますが、お酒と一緒にゆっくり食べたかったので、「一巻食べ終わり、お酒を飲み、フーッと一息ついてから次を握る」くらい、ゆっくり出してもらいたかったです。
まあこれは最初にそうしてくれと言わなかった私も悪いですね。
とても美味しかったので、次回は夜来ます。

Above all, every sushi was fresh and tasted great.
On the way, miso soup of shrimp broth comes out, but this permeates.
The only place to place an order is to grab the next one, even though the tempo is fast and the plate still has a grip. I understand that the sushi is eaten as soon as it is served, but I wanted to eat it slowly with sake, so I said, "I've finished eating one volume, I drank alcohol, and after taking a break, I'll grab the next one." I wanted you to put it out slowly.
Well this is also bad for me who didn't ask me to do it first.
It was so delicious that I will come at night next time.
