★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ドライヤーでキン○マ乾かしているオッサンが多い・・・注意書きでダメだと書いてあるのに、日本語読めないんですかね？
身体を洗わずに湯船にいきなり入るひとも多いです。公共施設なんだから洗ってから入るのはマナーでしょ？いい歳した大人が守れないんだから、このスポーツジムの民度が低いのがわかります。
スタッフもいるのかいないのかわからないくらい存在感ないですね。だから機材壊されてもほったらかし。
新しく入会を考えている方は他のジムをお勧めします。

Many people suddenly enter the bath without washing their bodies. It's a public facility, so it's good manners to wash it before entering. You can see that this gym is less popular because it can't protect good old adults.
It doesn't have a presence so much that you don't know if there are staff or not. So even if the equipment is broken, I'll leave it alone.
If you are thinking of joining a new gym, we recommend another gym.

サウナは相変わらず汗が湿っている状態ですが上は少し訂正しときます。
I used to comment that there is no tissue etc., but recently there is.
The sweat is still damp in the sauna, but I will correct the above a little.

筋トレマシンエリアには、女性専用コーナーがあってガチ男性に気兼ねなくまったりと筋トレできます。
プールは25メートルで5コースぐらいがあり平日の夕方以降が1番混んでるような気がします。プールの空いてる時を狙うなら平日のお昼時がいいかと思います。
全体的に建物が古い感じで、特にお風呂場はなんだか長居したくない雰囲気の汚さなので、サウナと水風呂を何度も入りたい気持ちはありますけど、ここのはやめとこうとなります。会員料金が安いので納得しています！
I've been going there about 1 or 2 weeks since 2 years ago!
In the muscle training machine area, there is a women-only corner where you can do muscle training without hesitation for men.
The pool is 25 meters long and has about 5 courses, and I feel that it is the busiest after the evening on weekdays. If you are aiming for a time when the pool is vacant, I think weekday lunchtime is good.
Overall, the building looks old, and especially the bathroom is dirty and I don't want to stay long, so I want to take a sauna and a cold bath many times, but I'm going to stop here. I am convinced that the membership fee is low!

マシンの数はそこまで多くはない。
スタジオでは事前申し込みでのレッスンをやっていて人気がある。
マシンエリア→ロッカールーム←スパorプールで、
マシンをやっているとプールやっている人との意思疎通は直接はできない。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この値段でこれだけ施設が揃っていて文句は無い。マシンの数は少なめですが、まぁフリーウェイトできなければマシン使うかって感じで。
サウナや風呂の衛生面は人による。潔癖の方にはお勧めできない。ただ自分が星5から3にしたのはそこではない。以前ビニール傘を盗まれた。まぁ仕方ないと思ってたら、今さっき30前後の黒ぶちメガネ男にシャンプー盗まれかけた。安いだけあって治安が宜しくないかも。大事なものは持って来ないようにしよう、、。
