仕込みの量が限られているのか
開店後すぐに半炒飯は売り切れ。
醤油ラーメンも13時にはほぼほぼ売り切れ。
先日もどちらもないとのことだったので
もやしラーメンを注文。
…タンメン？ チャンポン？
予想外の品が出てきて困惑。
塩味の餡に多彩な具。
麺はやや固めの中太縮れ麺。
餡の下にはドロリとした醤油スープ。
このスープが酷くしょっぱい。
食べれないことは無いながらも
食後の喉の渇きがスゴい。
うーん、イマイチ。
何度か他の日にも伺ったのですが
美味しい日と美味しくない日がある気がします。
味が安定しない…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ラーメン500円、餃子300円、いずれも税込み。ラーメンはほどよい背脂入りでしつこくない醤油味。餃子は評価が難しい・好みが別れるかも。餡はかなりニンニクがキツイ。ビジネスタイムのランチにはキツイと思う。皮は口の中にはりつくくらいモチモチで見た目ほどのパリパリ感はありません。ちなみに私は、餡はかなり好みでした。

Bean paste is pretty garlic. I think that it is hard for business time lunch. There is not a crispness feeling as much as it looks at the skin as much as it sticks to the mouth. By the way, I liked bean paste pretty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 火曜〜土曜の11:30〜14:00しかやっていないらーめん，ぎょうざのお店です。恐らく地元の方向けのランチ営業のみなのではと思いました。
駐車場は10台くらい停められます。
平日の12:30頃行ってみたら2組待ちでした。1名か2名のお客さんばかりで、時間的にはあまり待ちませんでした。
ラーメン(しょうゆラーメン)を頼みました。500円はかなりリーズナブルです。
細麺でシンプルなしょうゆ味です。ちょっと背脂は入っています。
肉厚のチャーシューが甘めで美味しいです。
私の後に来たお客さんにはしょうゆラーメンが終わったと断っていましたので、しょうゆラーメンが一番人気と思われます。
また、行きたくなりました。

麺は平打ちのタマゴ麺です！
固め、軟らかめ、こってりになど注文出来ます‼️
半チャーハンは人気で12時過ぎには売り切れることも。餃子はニンニク強め！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仕事で菖蒲に寄った際の、いきなりの孤独のグルメ。いゃ〜大正解??ラーメンは優しい醤油味、何よりも焼豚が厚くてトロトロ、餃子も手作り感満載のにらニンニクで、懐かしかすら覚える。コスパも間違いではないかとお品書きを二度見?
ベテランのお婆さんを筆頭に女性だけできりもりしているきびきびとした接客もいい…永く続いて欲しいと思うお店です☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ もやしそば 大盛りを頂きました。塩ベースのもやし&キャベツ餡が醤油ラーメンに掛かってる。麺は中太麺チョイちぢれ。大盛りだからか、最初は餡と麺でスープに辿りつかない?が、スープが出てきて麺を絡めると?いける！最初、麺が多くて大変だけど、頑張ってスープと餡を最初から混ぜた方が良いと思います。
しかし、値段が安い！コスパはいいでしょう。餃子が美味しいようなので、ライス&餃子で500円が最強じゃないでしょうね?
別日に、ラーメン&餃子を頂きました。
12:05だったけど、半チャーハンは売り切れとの事。はやっ?
ラーメンはアッサリ甘め、麺はストレートの平打っぽい独特だね。
強烈なのは、餃子！チョーニンニクで辛みが出るほどニンニクwwなので、ヤバいです。これが売りなのかな?ほんと、かなりなのでご注意を?
お母さん達、3人でやってるようですが、さすが手際よくさばいて提供スピードも速い。良い店ですね?
コロナ禍なので、カウンター3席、テーブル4人×4、お座敷もあるのかも…
