味噌ラーメンでは、この界隈では右に出る店はないのでは。豚骨味噌のまろやかなスープと中太ちぢれ麺がよく絡む。シャキシャキのもやしとネギのバランスも最高。混雑は必須ですが着席からの?運ばれてくる時間は速いですよねー。スタッフも手際良い??

恐らく10年以上振りの訪問になったと思います。 近場で美味しい味噌ラーメンが猛烈に食べたくなり、これはもっけいしかないと。 時間も15時を回っていたのスムーズに席に着けました。 もっけい味噌と餃子3個をオーダー。 人気店だけあって店員さんの感じも良く、ラーメンも餃子もとても美味しいです。 味噌ラーメンも数種類あったので、次は違う味噌ラーメンも食べてみたいですね。

日曜15:00位にお邪魔しました!! 10名程度の並びで流石の人気店ですね~ 辛味噌タンメン野菜大盛り、辛さMAX生姜でオーダー、程なくして着丼。 取り皿を最初から提供してくれる所はとてもありがたいです~ 味噌だから野菜多い方が良いだろうと思ったのですが・・・ 量が〇郎のマシマシレベル^^; 最初はあまり辛くなかったけど、食べ進める毎に様々な所から辛み成分が増される感じ、それでもそこまで辛くはなかったです。 なんせ野菜が多すぎるので麺がだれちゃうし、かといって天地返し出来る量じゃないしw野菜の水が出てきて後半味が薄まっちゃいます 後半味足せたらいいのにな~と思いました。 せっかく美味しかったから野菜増しにしなければとても美味しく食べられたのでちょっと残念でしたね^^;

2022年3月。 餃子のおいしい久喜の十八番が休みで、口コミの評価の高い麺場もっけいへ。 注文は、入口すぐの券売機で購入。 初めてのお客(自身のこと)にとって、メニューの内容も良くわからず注文に悩む。(事前にサイトやGoogle口コミで調査していたけど) 券売機横に名前を書く紙があれど、席は空いているので、食券買えばいいのかと思ったら、 「名前書いて!」「食券買った?」と、ちょっと恫喝気味に怒鳴られてビクビク。 そちらのお店のシステムなんでしょうか? 食券買うにも、名前を書くの? だったら、入口に、システム内容を掲示しておいてほしいな。 お味は、全部、塩辛い。なぜ、塩の味? 味噌ラーメンだったのですが、汁がしょっぱくて、味わえませんでした。 もしかして、厨房の方、コロナで味覚障害か?とまで心配してしまったくらいのしょっぱさ。(味噌だけでなくタンメンも) 餃子は、久喜屈指の十八番ラーメンの餃子が横綱すぎて、がっかりでした。(王将程度か・・・) 厨房の方が、パート(?)のおばさんに、テーブルに「コップ、そんなにいらねえだろ!」と、攻撃的な口調で指示(命令・叱り?)しており、おばさんも「へえへえ」的な顔で、日常茶飯事ぶりを露呈しており、初訪問客としては、なんだか怖いお店でした。 3号線沿い(しかも東京方面)なので、客足は安定しているのだろうと思いますが、飲食店として、(ラーメン屋といえど)味も接客も、低レベルだなあというのが本音です。 感染予防も、厨房の方が大声出して、客たちの方が黙食で、よほどちゃんとしているなあと感じました。

幹線道路沿いにある大きめの駐車場のある人気店のようで、並んで頂きました。二人で行って濃厚味噌と普通の味噌ラーメン、チャーハンと餃子をそれぞれ食券で注文。 個人的に濃厚味噌と普通の味噌は後者の方が圧倒的に美味しかったです。ただ行列の量と比例しているかという部分ではそれほど特別感のある味噌ラーメンとも思いませんでした。ベースの味がしっかりありますが北海道各所の味噌ラーメンほど特徴的な感じでもなく、塩気が鋭角的なオーソドックス寄りの味噌ラーメンでした。もしかするとタンメンにすることをベースにしているのかも、とも思いました。ちなみにチャーシューは私が苦手なタイプでした。 チャーハンはパラパラで味も好きですが、米一粒一粒にマヨネーズを使ったときのように油がコーティングされている部分で好みは割れると思います。

久しぶりに、味噌のコクと風味感じるスープだった。 麺も中細ちじれの固めつるしこで、このスープ以外では合わないもので、良かった。コスパもいい。実際は4.5ですね。 のぞみは、味玉の味がしないのと、半個から一個にかな、 チャーシューも、もうちょい欲しいね。

12月の土曜、夜6時半に訪問。前に4組、10名ほどの待ちだったが回転は悪くないのか15分程度で着席。頼んだのは濃厚味噌大盛、トッピング全部入りと餃子と半チャーハン。さらにホームページのクーポンで味玉追加。滅多に味噌ラーメンは食べないが冬の寒い時に食べる味噌ラーメンはとても美味しかったがサイドメニュー、トッピング一通り全部美味しかったと思う。特にチャーシューはトロトロ系が好きなら必須かな?スープに浸したチャーシューはとても白飯に合いそう。ただ、脂も強いのでトッピングのバターと相まって食後はなかなか体が重かった。自分もそこそこ歳食ってるので次は濃厚バターよりは普通の味噌ラーメンでも良いかな?と思う
