★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日曜の13時過ぎに入店。既に7〜8人待ちに驚かされながらも券売機で券を購入し、列の最後に並ぶ。
1番人気の特製もりそばの大盛と餃子にした。餃子はこれと言って美味しいとは言えないが、つけ麺のスープは美味い。
トッピングがないと飽きてしまうので、大盛にするなら何かトッピングをすれば良いと思った。
つけ麺ではなく普通のラーメンを食べているお客さんも多かった。また駐車場は他店と一緒のため広く困らなかった。
 Entered after 13:00 on Sunday. Already surprised by waiting for 7 to 8 people, I bought a ticket at the ticket vending machine and lined up at the end of the line.
I made the most popular specially made Morisoba dumplings and dumplings. Gyoza is not delicious, but the tsukemen soup is delicious.
I get bored without toppings, so I thought I should add some toppings to make it big.
Many customers ate regular ramen instead of tsukemen. Also, the parking lot was the same as other stores, so there was no problem.

手打ちの太麺で、麺と、スープが絶妙のバランスで、うまさを引き出させている感じで、最高に美味しかったです。
接客も、元気で、気持ちよく、いただけました。
王道味噌ラーメンは、麺は、中華そばは太麺、味噌ラーメンは、中太麺？、味噌ラーメンも、美味しいですが、私は、濃厚中華そばが、今のところ、色々なお店の中で、瑛さんの、『濃厚中華そば』が１番好きかな(^-^)

特製もりそば(中盛360g)を頂きました。結構何度も行ってたのにクチコミしてませんでした。麺は中太麺。つけダレは弱濃厚くらいの魚介系？今は柚子粉が無くなってしまったので、一味を入れるとアクセントになります。魚粉は、風味が少なく苦味があるような…入れ過ぎは注意かも。ここは昼時でも、カウンターが空いてなかったら、1人テーブル席に座らせてもらえます。駐車場は沢山あります。カウンターは3席、テーブル6人×3、4人×1、お座敷4人×4あります。提供はそれ程遅くはないです。濃厚なつけダレが少ないなかの、一店舗になるので☆4付けさせていただきます?
で、瑛山頂きました。
ノーマルだとニンニクは弱めかもよ。味は何かパンチが欲しいですね。
麺は良いです。縮れ過ぎて無く太麺？なので、Goodです。

麺は太くて個人的に好きですが、オープン当初のチャーシューの方が良かった。

僕には味が濃いのでスープ割りみたいなものがあれば助かりましたがあるかどうかは分かりませんでした。
次回はまぜそば食べてみたいです。

I had a strong taste, so I didn't know if there was something like soup splitting that would have helped me.
