お昼頃に訪問。6台くらい止めれる駐車場も満杯で店内はそこそこ賑わってました。蕎麦切りとトロロ、鴨焼きを注文。 どれも美味しかったのですがトロロの粘り強さは圧巻でした。蕎麦切りは歯ごたえは抜群だったのですが、私はもり蕎麦のほうがそば本来の風味と香りがするのでちょっとだけ合わないかなという感じです。最後に蕎麦湯もきちんとだしてくれます。落ち着いた雰囲気で蕎麦を召し上がりたい方にはピッタリなお店だと思います。

更科系の蕎麦ですが、茹で方が悪いのか?固まっているところと、そうでないところが有り、食感的に?マークが付きますね、更科系としては味わった事が無いぐらい細い、美味しい部分も有るので、茹で方の問題なのか?水で締める部分の問題なのか?開店してからすぐの時間にもう一度行ってみようかなと思う、普通のつけ汁は美味しかったが、鴨汁の方は味が濁った感じ。 終了寸前に行ったので、疲れていたのかな?玉子焼は酒の香り?味が強過ぎ。 価格設定はかなり高めなので、もう少し人数制限して、味を安定させて欲しい。

蕎麦屋さんって出てくるまで遅いイメージがあるから覚悟して行ったけれど、注文してから出てくるまでそれほど時間がかからずに出てきて得した気分になりました。 私はとろもりを頼みましたが、自然薯?が食べたことの無い食感で、美味しかったです!驚きました。 お店の方も優しく接してくださったし、お店の雰囲気も自分の好みで、居心地がいい場所でした。 自分もまた行きたいし、友達にもおすすめします! ありがとうございました。

鴨汁もり膳を頂きました。 沢山のお店の蕎麦を頂いて来ましたが、今現在此処がNo.1です。 蕎麦も美味しいですが、それを引き立てる鴨汁が強烈な旨さ。 蕎麦と鴨汁の合わせが絶妙です。

日曜日だったので、お客様がたくさんみえていて、外待ちもいました。早めに行かないと、蕎麦切りや特選蕎麦切りにはありつけないみたいで食べられませんでした。通常は盛り蕎麦や割り子蕎麦で、変わりものとしては冷たいナメコおろし蕎麦が冷たくて美味しくいただいて来ました。厚焼き玉子も美味しそうでした。次はぜひ頼んでみたい。
