江	江藤幸裕 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 住宅地の中にある普通の家のようだったので、我が家から５分ほどの場所でありながら、お蕎麦屋さんとは気付きませんでした。でも、玄関を入るとカウンターもテーブルもある立派な飲食店でした。私が行ったのは土曜日の午後２時少し前。カウンターに馴染みらしい客一人と女将さんが居るだけで、注文も配膳も女将さん一人でやっていましたが、カウンターの奥には調理場らしい場所が見え、そこから料理を運んで来ました。蕎麦は本格的で、お店で打ったもののようです。天麩羅は普通でした。ついでに言うと、ちょっと高かった。 It was like an ordinary house in a residential area, so it was about 5 minutes from my house, but I did not notice that I was a soba shop. さ	ささき参 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 羽前之國山形そばの會のお店です。おかみさんが一人で切り盛りしているの？と思っていたら奥の厨房で男の人の声がしましたが姿は見えません。次に入った人は、年輩の常連さんのようでした。入って迷わず私と同じ天ぷらせいろを頼みました。にしんそばを頼みましたが本日は仕込んでおらず次回に持ち越しになりました。山菜そばありますを見てはなしを聞いたら昨日！山形から入荷したときの限定メニューです。席はカウンターの他に入り口側のこあがりに大きく厚い一枚板に4人と8人座れます。奥にももう少し広目の座敷がありました。日本酒の一升瓶3本、お銚子があり夜メニュー？がありそうでした。お店の造りがお寿司屋さんのようです。さて、料理の前に濃いめのお茶を頂き、待っていると天ぷらの準備をして順番に揚げ始めました。山菜のような葉ものは、ルッコラと常連さんに説明していました。お膳に料理一式がのせられ、浅漬けもありました。天ぷらは緑色の抹茶塩が添えられています。浅漬けは天ぷらの箸休めの役割でした。食事の量は、食欲旺盛な方には少なく感じると思います。冷たいメニューは、せいろの追加一枚大きな硬貨。チョッとお高く感じるかも！？最後は蕎麦湯で終いです。 It is a restaurant of the sea bream of Umae Kuni Yamagata side. 福	福島ネイル on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ワンオペで回しているので、先客が２，３人いると出てくるまでかなり時間がかかります。鴨そばと天ぷらそばを注文しましたが、メニューには季節の山菜を取り入れている風に書いてありますが、そんなものは見当たらなく普通にスーパーなどで通年手に入るものしか入っていませんでした。鴨そばは値段の割にはスライスが２枚とネギがちょっと。味は可もなく不可もなく。コスパと提供までの時間を考えるともう１回行きたいとは思えません。 Since it is rotated by one operation, it will take a long time to come out if there are a few customers.
