料理、飲み物共に出てくるのが遅い。 飲み放題には絶対しない方がいいです。 ビール3杯なのに4杯になってるし お通しが出てきてないのにお通し代取られてました。 また呼び込みの際にお会計から15%OFFって 言われてたけどそれも引かれてないし、 チャージ料10%取られてました。 計算しても合わないのとこれらのことを店員に聞くと無言で訂正し、またそのレシートが合ってなくて店員に言うと無言で投げ捨てるようにレシートを渡されました。 最後はイライラした態度で無言でお会計をされ、おつりも無言で渡されました。最後まで謝ることはなくとても嫌な気分になりました。 もう2度と行きません。 全てに対して適当だし、呼び込みは日本人だったのに店内入ると中国人しか居なくて、責任者も休みと言われ、話になりませんでした。 伝票が来た際に気づいたから良かったけど そのまま払ってたら4000円もぼったくられてました。 伝票きたら必ず計算した方がいいです。

HPの写真はとても綺麗で広い店内に見えますが、実際は狭くて、写真ほどきれいではないですね…。 店員は中国人の方ばかりですが、注文などの会話は問題なし…ですが、出入りの時にドアをキチンと閉めない、言葉遣いが荒いなど、決して気持ちの良い対応ではないです。 料理は、5000円のコース料理でしたが、宴会前に既に料理が運ばれていて全体的に冷めてしまっていたこと、5000円にしては量が少なく物足りなさがありました。お酒も日本酒の熱燗は飛んでしまった味(一度温めて冷めたのをまた温め直した味)で美味しくありませんでした。 最後の会計で、コース料金5,000円(税込価格)とネットに書いてあったので選んだのですが、一人500円が加算されていて「おかしい」と店員の方に聞いたのですが、ひどく怒って投げやりな対応をされ、どちらがお客さんが分からない状態になりました。結局、なくなく加算分もお支払いしましたが、すっきりしないものが残りました。 後で確認したら、確かに下段に小さくサービス料のことが書いてありましたが、「5,000円(税込)!」と強調して宣伝しておいて、ページ下にひっそりと注意書きを紛れ込ます方法は、あまりにも不親切ではないでしょうか。 また、店員の方のイライラした態度には不満が残りました。楽しみにしていた飲み会だったので、とても残念な結果に終わってしまいました。

彼氏との東京旅行最終日で、解散しやすいからと東京駅の近くでホームページに検索をかけ見つけたこのお店。 ネットに上がってるお料理やお部屋はどれも綺麗なものばかり。 個室と書いてあったため、予約の際個室でお願いしたのですが、入っていてみてがっかりでした。 二人がけの小さなテーブルにあわせて作られたふすまのような扉で閉められ、個室と謳っているのにも関わらず、天井は筒抜け。 ネットに乗ってあった小綺麗なお部屋はどこにも見当たりません。 「パネルから注文してください」と言われ見てみたメニューも、ネットに載っていたものは一つもありませんでした。 試しに頼んでみた卵焼きと角煮。 卵焼きは薄くてパサパサで、角煮は一緒に煮ていた大根が角煮と見分けがつかないくらいに変色し、変に冷めていました。 アルバイトは仕方ないにしても、この人たちはこれでお金をもらってるのにどうしてこんな接客しかしないんだろうか、こんな美味しくない料理を客に出し口コミで悪評をもらって、何が嬉しいのだろうか。 一飲食店のスタッフとして、とてもショックでした。 東京のお店が全部このような店ばかりではないと分かってはいるのですが、もう二度と東京には行きたくないと感じた最終日でした。

星1すら付けるに値しない酷過ぎる店です。 今までで初めてですねこんな店 お茶2つと烏龍茶とビール一杯と馬刺しで¥1万円超えました。ぼったくりもいい所ですよね。 ホームページと実際の店内が詐欺レベルに違います。 馬刺しも凍っていてカチカチです もちろん味は最悪。 店員が中国人だらけなのでオーナーはおそらく中国人かと。レジ係も外国人なので話にならないです。 唯一良かった点と言われますと 曲のセレクトが良かったくらいですかね笑 星1の評価すら付けられないような店です。

星というか、、、そもそもお店に値しません。 東京観光で寄ったのですが、メニューや店内が写真とは別物、本当に「別のお店」というレベルでした。 案内する方も外国の方?だからか分かりませんが無愛想で、部屋もごく狭いスペースに無理矢理作ったようなお店でした。 もちろん入店してから何も頼まない訳には行かず、お酒と烏龍茶、料理2品を注文。 御料理にいくら値段を付けようがお店の自由とは思いますが、ハッキリと申し上げて学生さんの一人暮らししたての自炊レベルのお料理です。この注文で4800円お支払い。 できればお店に行く前にレビューを見て気づいて頂きたいですが、観光客狙いなのか一見様ターゲットなのか、どちらにせよ長くはないと思います。
