i	ino tosaka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 営業センターの窓口担当者は丁寧な方が多いですが、入居手続きに関する説明がほとんど適当で手続きに大変苦労しました。例にしますと、役所で指定された書類の準備を終えて、センターに提出後、過不足部分があるので修正した書類を再提出して欲しいと言われ、結局何度もセンターと役所を往復させられました。一度でなく何度もです。その度にセンターの担当者が、「あっそうだった。」みたいなノリで役所に再度申請して欲しいと言うたび、本当に怒り心頭でした。他にも、インターネットの申込みに関してVDSL一択としか説明されませんでしたが、自分で別経由で確認した結果、他の回線サービスが利用出来ることがわかりました。後々面倒なトラブルを避けるために、予め色々確認したいのに、回答が適当で本当に信用出来ません。今まで利用させて頂いた他の民間の不動産とは比較にならない低レベルぶりで絶句しました。最終的には他の不動産賃貸に変えました。今後一切URは利用することが無いと思います。公金絡んだ組織って未だにこういうことあるんですね。 Many of the sales center staff are polite, but the explanations about the move-in procedure were almost appropriate and I had a lot of trouble with the procedure. Also you need reservations. It's better to come here and look for the UR house rather than searching in internet.
