★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2年ほど前は良かったんですが、先日行ったときは店員さんが不慣れで、通常可能な手続きができませんでした。仕方ないので混んでいるau龍ケ崎を避け（なんと6時間待ちと言われました！）au守谷で手続きしましたが10分ぐらいで終わりました。車関係の通常業務と掛け持ちなのはわかりますが、いっそ看板を外したほうが良いかも。とても残念です。
 It was good about two years ago, but when I went there the other day, the clerk was unfamiliar and couldn't do the procedures that are normally possible. I couldn't help it, so I avoided the crowded au Ryugasaki (I was told to wait for 6 hours!) I went through the procedure at au Moriya, but it took about 10 minutes. I understand that it is related to normal car-related work, but it may be better to remove the signboard. It is very disappointing.
