 The Yoshida Shoin History Museum at the entrance, which is a realistic historical reproduction of the wax figures of Mr. Matsukage and the people around him, is quite good.

It was a calm space because there were few visitors even though the materials that could be referred to were substantial and the exhibition was solid. The toilet is clean ?

I went because of the influence of NHK Taiga drama. I bought a passing pencil because my child was waiting for the exam, but I managed to succeed in the junior high school exam.

Visited April 2019. The activities, frustrations, and life of the Choshu people during the Bakumatsu-Restoration period are introduced in an easy-to-understand manner. It will be useful for organizing fragmentary knowledge obtained in dramas and so on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 吉田松蔭の直筆等の貴重な現物を拝見できて、感動です。展示品の少なさありますが、一つ一つが、濃いです。人によって、評価がわかれると思います。
I was impressed to see the valuable actual items such as the handwriting of Shoin Yoshida. There are few exhibits, but each one is dark. I think that the evaluation can be understood by each person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 松陰先生の事を知りたかったので訪問しましたが、入館料からするとかなりチープだと思います。
道の駅にある松陰記念館にも併せて行くと満足度が高いかと。
I visited because I wanted to know about Mr. Matsuin, but I think it is quite cheap considering the admission fee.
If you go to the Shoin Memorial Hall at the roadside station, you will be satisfied.
