豪	豪運寺兼持 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 24時間営業であるのが非常に助かる。機械のトラブル（お金が入らない、洗濯機から水が流れ出す等）が度々発生している。その場合は、両替機の上にコールセンターの電話番号が書いてあるので、管理番号を告げ、状況を伝える事で何とかなるケースもあるので、特にお金が入らない場合は諦めずに話してみる事をお勧めする。札の両替機が置いてあるのは良いが、100円玉切れで替えられない事も少なくないので要注意。近くにコンビニはあるが、商品を購入しても100円にしてくれる枚数には限りがあるので、事前に100円玉を用意しておく事をお勧めします。 WEB上で洗濯機や乾燥機の使用状況を確認出来るのだが、何台かは使用中なのに表示されない台があるのでこちらも要注意。 It is very helpful to be open 24 hours. 山	山田玉屋 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2年ほど週に3回ほど利用していました。店内はとても綺麗で安心して利用できます。支払いは奥右側の機械で。入れた洗濯機の番号を選択して稼働時間を選択してお金を入れて完了です。支払いが完了すると電話番号を入力できて、電話で5分前通知してくれるサービスもあって便利です。ネットで利用状況も確認できて、どの洗濯機があと何分で空くかなどが事前にわかってそこも良いです? F	FUMIYOSHI OTAKE on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本日、洗濯機が故障したので近所にある24時間営業のこのお店で縦型の洗濯機を使わせてもらったのですが椅子に座って何気に洗濯機を見ると洗濯機の横ちょに洗剤、柔軟剤が自動投入で不要と書いてあるブルーのステッカーが貼られていました。大変、便利でありがたいサービスなのですが、『使い方や、洗濯機の仕様』については目線の位置に案内を貼ってくれなければ全く判りません。なので、使う方は洗剤が自動投入されるなんて知らないので普段通りの洗剤を入れてしまって洗濯してしまいました。つまりは、濯ぎがうまくできなく洗剤残りが起きてしまうことになります。アトピー性皮膚炎なので洗剤には極力肌に負担のない物を使用しているのですが濯ぎが不完全なのは困るので24時間サポートセンターに連絡を入れたところ、どこに案内を貼ろうがお店の自由であり洗剤自動投入の案内に気がつかない貴方が悪いと怒られてしまいた。本当に酷い対応で空いた口が塞がりませんでした。フランチャイズのお店なのですが最悪のサポートセンターでした。２度と使いません。 Today, the washing machine broke down, so I was allowed to use a vertical washing machine at this 24-hour shop in the neighborhood, but when I sat down on a chair and looked at the washing machine. F	F-106 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自宅の洗濯機が故障したので利用しました。 1回300円、使用前に洗濯槽洗浄が出来て洗剤投入不要。施設内は綺麗で、洗濯機の中に汚れもなく安心して使えました。 I used it because my washing machine broke down. It costs 300 yen each time, and you can wash the washing tub before use, so you don't need to add detergent. The inside of the facility was clean and the washing machine was clean and safe to use.
