ただ、時々ヤンキーかぶれみたいなお兄さんがここで（おそらくランドリー利用もしてません）向かいのセブンで購入した食べ物をここで食べているのはどうにかならないのかなと思う時はあります。

良いのは、洗濯＋乾燥まで自動で行ってくれる一体型の洗濯乾燥機。
標準11kgで55分1300円。少量5kgは45分1000円。
やや割高だが、楽で早い。
あとは両替機もありますが、電子決済が多様なのもありがたいです。
楽天EDYやSuicaなどの交通系、nanaco、waonなどが使えますよ。

値段はウェブサイトを見るのが手っ取り早いと思いますが、5kgの洗濯乾燥で1000円といった所です。
電子マネーとして、Suicaが使えるのは個人的にポイントが高いです。洗濯乾燥まとめてできる機械が2機しかないので空いている時間帯に行かなければ取り合いになってしまいます。
