優	優子（ゆん） on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 皆さんの口コミにあるように、最低の業者だと思いますし、オーナーがコメントしてますが、全然改善されておらず、皆さんと同じような不快な気持ちにさせられました。今まで不快な中、最後、工事の最終確認を怠っていたみたいで、うちは危うく子供が大きな怪我になりそうでした。高い金額を払ってるんだから、それなり責任もって最初から最後まで請け負ったならキッチリ仕事をしてほしいですね。ここは、周り、知人には薦めようと思わない会社です。 As you can see in your reviews, I think it's the worst vendor, and the owner commented, but it didn't improve at all and made me feel as uncomfortable as you. It seems that I had neglected the final confirmation of the construction work while I was uncomfortable until now, and my child was almost injured. I'm paying a lot of money, so if I take responsibility and undertake it from start to finish, I'd like you to do a good job. This is a company that I wouldn't recommend to people around me.

夏	夏みかん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 提案力は本当に素晴らしいと思います。お客さまの要望を聞き取り、それを図面に起こす力はいくつかの外構業者を検討しましたが、こちらは素晴らしかったです。しかし、それ以外が酷い。・工程表はこちらから言わないと出さない・工程表よりもかなり遅れての施工完了（引き渡し予定日より1ヶ月以上遅れての完成でした）・施工が遅れていることを施主に連絡しない・施主側から工程表通りに完了しないのではないかと確認の連絡をしない限り音沙汰なし・引き渡し予定日を２回も延期する（梅雨の時期など天気がずっと崩れていたわけではない）・施工に一部不備があり、再施工することになったが、完了したら連絡がほしいと申し出たはずなのに連絡なし・再施工の予定日の連絡もない・そして完了報告の連絡がないのに請求書は送りつけてくる以上がこちらの東万さんにされたことです。施工完了日が遅れようとも、施主側との約束を反故にされようとも、再施工の完了報告がなく請求だけはしてくることを気にしない方であればおすすめです。本当に外構のプランを考えるのだけは素晴らしいですから。 I think the ability to make proposals is really wonderful. 大	大西隆 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新築時からお世話になっています。新築時にはハウスメーカーからは外構デザインに対して費用がかなり高いという印象でしたが東万さんは同じ費用で自分のやりたいことを叶えてくれました。その後も物置の増設もお願いしました。不具合が発生した際はメールで連絡すればすぐに対応してくれます。今後も外構の変更を計画していますので、その際は東万さんに依頼しようと考えています。 I have been indebted since the new construction.
