メーカーの施工要領書に必ずお守りくださいと記載された基礎工事を「その記載は推奨であり、必ずしもその様に施工する必要が無いと当社は考える」と無視。メーカー指定の基礎寸法の半分にも満たない基礎しか入れず、それを「施工は当社の判断で施工しています」といってくる業者です。
