楠	楠罗 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 社宅退去したとき、業者さんをつれて部屋の確認をしてもらっただが、隅々細かく確認することまでは理解できるんだけど、壁にどんなに小さくて目立たない汚れがあっても、その壁の一枚カットを全部交換になっちゃうのがちょっどと思った。一番不満だったのは、連れられた業者の方は赤い染料のような液を壁に塗るような怪しい動きを見ちゃった。見られたとばれてることを向こうも気づいているようで、ここの汚れはよしとした。（料金を取られる汚れよりはるかに目立つのに）結局壁交換代だけで3万～5万ぐらいとられた、よく覚えていないけどそれぐらい。ちなみに、4月入居してまもなくエアコンが故障、古すぎたせいなので新品を交換してくれると約束してくれたが、その後放置プレイ、1回だけフォローしたが同じく無視、エアコンなしの夏をすごして、オイルヒーターで来年3月までに我慢したところようやくエアコン工事の日程を調整してくれた。店の話によると、エアコン工事はほかの業者さんに依頼しているので、そちらの状況次第なのでしかたないだけど、うんんんんんっていうかんじだね When I left the company's house, I was asked by a contractor to check the room, but I can understand how to check every detail, but no matter how small and inconspicuous dirt is on the wall, I thought that I would have to exchange all the cuts.
