Some other reviews had mentioned getting to feed the horses but upon arriving at the cape, we were told it was not allowed. Even without getting too close it was still amazing and very much so worth the drive!

D	Drea Park on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When my family n I visited it was very overcast and foggy but it was still breathaking and beautiful! I was hoping to see at least one of the Kandachime horses but was so excited to see dozens of them out n about. A definite must visit when in the Aomori area!
R	Rick Pena on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went out with the hope to experience the wild horses, but sadly there were none to be seen. The high winds kept up from exploring the lighthouse (small fee of ¥200 to climb), but it was still a beautiful day to explore the surroundings! Recommend wearing closed toe shoes, as I wore sandals and had occasional issues climbing steeper hills (and it might prove dangerous with the many cow patties out there). Worth the drive from the Misawa area!
