★ ★ ★ ★ ★ サンラータンメン、チャーハン、ギョーザを頂きました。どれも絶品！！写真はサンラータンメンですが、程よい酸味が後を引くスープで大変おいしかったです。写真を撮り忘れたチャーハンも美味い、おかわりしたいくらいでした。
 We had sun rattan, fried rice and gyoza. All are excellent! ! The picture is a sun rattan, but it was very delicious with a moderately sour soup that pulls back. The fried rice I forgot to take a picture was also delicious and I wanted to change.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 北上付近のラーメン屋何軒かお邪魔したけど、ここの味噌ラーメンお気に入り。もう少し味噌が強ければもっと好みなんだがなあ
I visited several ramen shops near Kitakami, but I like miso ramen here. If the miso is a little stronger, I would like it more.

チャーシューとギョウザで軽く飲んで、締めは、去年は味噌チャーシュー食べたから、今年はチャーハン。

The strongest, Chinese food in town.
I drank lightly with char siu and gyoza, and last year I ate miso char siu, so this year's fried rice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 北上来たら必ずこの知床さんでチャーハンを食べます。昔住んでいた近所のチャーハンと全く同じ味で1番好きなチャーハンかも知れないです。違う点はカマボコがある事ですが好きなので気にしません。こちらのお店は近くの飲み屋からのアフターの後に来られる感じがしました。夕方からやってますが、遅い時間までやっています!ビジネスホテルで泊まっているサラリーマンなど夜食とかに食べに来ても良いと思います。
Whenever I come to Kitakami, I always eat fried rice at this Shiretoko-san. It may be your favorite fried rice with exactly the same taste as the fried rice in the neighborhood where you used to live. The difference is that there is kamaboko, but I like it so I don't care. I felt that this shop could come after an after-sales service from a nearby bar. I've been doing it since the evening, but I'm doing it until late! I think it's okay to come to eat at night, such as a salaryman staying at a business hotel.

餃子と中華そば、そしてラードで炒めた旨味たっぷりの炒飯がなによりも魅力的ねお店。
中華そばは鰹ベースのあっさり系。
ほとんど油も浮いていない透き通ったスープは絶品。飲めば飲むほどクセになります。
麺はストレート麺、食感はしっかりしており食べ応えがある。たらふく飲んだ後の締めなのに、がっつり食べられてしまう不思議な魅力があります。
こんなに美味いのに550円って… 破格ですよ。
餃子は手作りで中の具の味は濃い目。だからこそ、ビールによく合う。ハイボールによく合う。
俺はここの餃子が一番美味いと思っています。
ぜひ一度ご賞味あれ。
炒飯は写真撮り忘れ…。ガッツリ食べたい方、どうぞ。

Gyoza, Chinese noodles, and fried rice full of umami fried with lard are the most attractive.

Clear soup with almost no oil floating is exquisite. The more you drink, the more addictive it becomes.
The noodles are straight noodles, the texture is solid and there is a response. There is a mysterious charm that can be eaten tightly, even though it is a conclusion after drinking taro.
550 yen for such a delicious dish ...
Gyoza is handmade and the taste of the ingredients inside is dark. That's why it goes well with beer. Goes well with highball.
I think the dumplings here are the most delicious.
