★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 北上展勝地の帰り道、少し早かったのですが小腹が空いて通りすがりに寄ってみました。16時と半端な時間でも、通し営業でしたので助かりました。
初訪問なので何が一番人気なのかわからず、しかも食券販売機！と思ったら、つけめんのところに「当店人気Ｎｏ１」と書かれてありました(笑) 普段食べないのですが、一番人気なので今回はつけめんの「辛つけめん」をオーダー。無料で並盛・中盛を選べるようですが、さすがに並盛を頼みました(;^_^A 麺は、冷たいのと熱いのが選べ、熱いのをチョイス。
スープに辛味と魚粉が乗ってます。まずは、しっかり混ぜ合わせました。思ったより辛くなく、また魚介系のエグさも全く感じられず丁度良い味付けです。物足りない人は、辣油や魚粉がテーブル上にありますので、好みに合わせて調整することが出来ます。
麺は、太縮れ麺。モチモチ感と歯応えを味わえ、スープともうまく絡みます。普通のスープ式のラーメンにも合いそうです。次回は、そちらを堪能してみますね( *´艸｀)
ググってみたら、岩手県のチェーン店で、盛岡市に２店、北上市に１店有るんですね。それにしても、岩手にも美味しいラーメン屋さん、多いですね(#^.^#)

It seems that you can choose regular or medium-sized noodles for free, but I asked for regular-sized noodles (; ^ _ ^ A) You can choose cold or hot noodles, and choose hot ones.
The soup has spiciness and fishmeal. First of all, I mixed them well. It's not as spicy as I expected, and I can't feel the seafood-based astringency at all, so the seasoning is just right. For those who are not satisfied, chili oil and fishmeal are on the table, so you can adjust them to your liking.
The noodles are thick curly noodles. You can enjoy the chewy texture and texture, and it goes well with the soup. It seems to go well with ordinary soup-style ramen. Next time, I'll enjoy it (* ´ 艸 ｀)

節粉の効いたスープに熱盛りの麺をくぐらせてすすれば小麦の香りとマッチしてうまし❗️
麺が中太でコシがあり喉越し良くツルンと入って行きます。
仕事で北上市に来たときはつけ麺はこの店で決まりです。
