押し売りされることもなく、気軽に着物に接しられるとても良い所でした。
沢山購入しました。仕立て上りが楽しみです。
Various cloths were seen, and the weaving experience was very enjoyable. The formation of the kimono and the exhibition were interesting and enjoyable.
It was a very good place where you could easily touch the kimono without being sold.
I purchased a lot. I look forward to tailoring.

鈴木牧之記念館で越後上布や塩沢紬の着物や道具を見た後で、ちょうど機織りの実演をするタイミングだったので、鈴木牧之記念館で色々疑問に思った事をおききする事ができました。
対応してくださった方も皆さん面倒くさがることもなく丁寧に教えて下さり、疑問が色々解けて実にためになりました。
いきなりここを訪れると、ただ織物展示と土産物みたいな感じですので、鈴木牧之記念館のあとで立ち寄るのをお奨めします。
I stopped by after seeing the Suzuki Makiyuki Memorial Hall.
After seeing the kimono and tools of Echigo Jofu and Shiozawa Tsumugi at the Suzuki Makiyuki Memorial Hall, it was time to demonstrate weaving, so I was able to ask various questions at the Suzuki Makiyuki Memorial Hall. I did.
The people who responded to me taught me politely without any hassle, and I was able to solve various questions and it was really helpful.
If you visit here suddenly, it's just like a textile exhibition and souvenirs, so we recommend you stop by after the Suzuki Makiyuki Memorial Hall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駅からハイキングで途中立ち寄りました。特に買い物も無いのに丁寧な接客をして貰いました。時間がある時にゆっくり伺いたい場所です。
I stopped by a hike from the station. I received a courteous customer service even though there was no shopping. This is a place you want to visit slowly when you have time.

We recommend the experience corner using weaving and pongee. It is also a good souvenir for travel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interesting museum, shop and workshop about weaving in Shiozawa. Beautiful (and expensive) cloths on display as well as plenty of information about the process and history. Live silk worms on display in summer months. Various craft workshops available for a fee, and some great souvenirs on sale.
