飯	飯泉隆史 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 空いているとは聞いていましたが1月4日でも本当に空いていました。雪もすごく滑る人が少ないのでほぼほぼ深雪状態です。緩斜面ばかりなので小さい子や初心者にはうってつけのスキー場です。けんちん汁は美味しかったです。また来ます。 I heard that it was vacant, but it was really vacant even on January 4th. There are few people who slip on the snow, so it is almost deep snow. It is a perfect ski resort for small children and beginners as it has only gentle slopes. Kenchin-jiru was delicious. I will come again.

山	山本麻由美 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 慣れてしまえば子供も一人で滑れるコンパクトなスキー場。誰にも教えたくない程我が家には合っています。一本杉も、こちらの吉里もスタッフの対応は丁寧。スキースクールも近隣のスキー場に比べればリーズナブルかと思います。そしてとても親切です。今年もたくさん訪れたいですが、コロナ次第ですね。どうかシャトー塩沢に関わっている関係者様には耐えていただきたい１年です。頑張れ新潟！頑張れ南魚沼！頑張れシャトー塩沢！！ 2021.01.03追記年末よりお世話になりました。やっぱり良いですね。またお世話になります。よろしくお願い致します！ A compact ski resort where children can ski alone once they get used to it. It suits my home so much that I don't want to tell anyone. The staff at Ipponsugi and Yoshiri here are polite. I think the ski school is also reasonable compared to the nearby ski resorts. And very kind. I would like to visit a lot this year, but it depends on Corona. I would like all the people involved in Chateau Shiozawa to endure this year. Good luck Niigata! 藤	藤六太郎 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 21年末〜22年年明け中のスタッフさんは可能な範囲で親切丁寧。駐車場まわりのスタッフさんは口は上手くないけど一生懸命雪の対応をされてました。ご飯はホールでバイキング。味はいたって普通。手袋必須。お風呂はこじんまりとしていますが特に問題なし。少し問題は部屋。入口から和室までの床が痛んでいてかなりへこむ。抜けそうでした。押し入れの床も沈む。部屋風呂とトイレが一緒でしたが下水の臭いが強い。部屋風呂の浴槽が埃やサビがついたまま放置。数部屋借りたのですが皆大体そうでした。築年数が長い建物は皆同じ問題を抱えているんでしょうね。責める気にはならず心が痛かったです。スタッフ皆さんの精一杯も分かりますから。さて、ゲレンデの今年は雪の量は問題なかったですね。なんせ大雪警報でしたから（笑） The end of 21st to the beginning of 22nd year The staff inside is kind and polite as much as possible. T	Trek Air on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中級者以上には少し物足りないゲレンデです。フラットで広いバーンもないので、完全な初心者にも向かないかもしれないです。空いてる事を期待して行ったのですが、それなりにお客さんがいたように感じます。リフト券はホテルフロントで買います。分煙がきちんとされてなくてタバコ臭かったです。ゲレ食もホテルの食堂しかなさそうでした。やはり、混んでいたのか、かなり待たされました。が、出てきた料理はかなり質が低い物ばかりで驚くレベルでした。再訪はないですね。 It is a slope that is a little unsatisfactory for intermediate and above.
