 The woman in charge of cosmetics who came to the 2nd floor was kind and polite and saved. I was able to shop very comfortably and wanted to use it again. Thank you ?

目当ての商品が見当たらなかったので、どこに有るか尋ねたら、2、3分程探して見つけてもらいました。
別に嫌々という訳でもなかったです。
It was a good customer service.
I couldn't find the product I was looking for, so I asked him where it was, and he searched for it for a few minutes.
It wasn't that I didn't like it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly staff although their English wasn’t good but still tried their very best to help. A big store which pretty much has very everything I needed. Highly recommend and would definitely go back if visiting Kyoto again in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop is tidy, spacious and well stocked. Very easy to find what I want. The price is cheaper compare to any other store around!
The only downside is lack of staff on floor to assist you but if you know what you wants, u highly recommend this store due to the price.
