自分的にはちょっと甘めな感じで良かった。
 The miso sent from my parents' home was the miso "Minori" here.

There is a wide variety of delicious miso, soy sauce, salted jiuqu, miso-zuke, lightly pickled miso, amazake, and many other items that can be purchased online. It has been delicious since my parents' generation and has been a favorite for about 70 years. I have been growing in miso here since I was born.
