以前に訪れた富山の岩瀬地区に似ている感じの塩谷。
一軒一軒個性的な独特の雰囲気ある建物が並び、そのなかでも歴史をかんじさせる佇まいのある社屋。
とっても素敵なところでした。
もちろんお味噌もお醤油も購入しました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 天保7年創業の味噌、醤油屋さん。
建物や昔ながらの味噌樽が並ぶ光景は必見の価値あり。ワイン樽で発酵させた滋味深いお味噌はチーズのお供に。大豆麹が入ったゴク旨味噌は豚ロース肉に漬け込んで焼くと絶品。お醤油も木の樽の香りが広がる懐かしい味。なかなかスーパーでは手に入りませんね。
旦那さん、若旦那さんのお人柄も温かくついつい長話をしてしまいました。
またお邪魔させていただきます。
