m	murata r on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 松本駅からほど近い所にある居酒屋さんです。昔ながらの居酒屋の雰囲気が漂い、カウンター席と座敷の席があります。食事は松本では定番の馬刺と山賊焼きをたのみました。共にすごく美味しくて、お刺身やおつまみなども豊富で、酒の肴には困らない豊富なメニューでした。乾杯に生ビール中ジョッキを頼みましたが、生物と一緒に洗ったせいか、ジョッキが生臭く、せっかくの乾杯が無駄に。店員さんが年配の方が多いせいか、注文時に隣の席の注文を間違えて端末へ入力。また、各席においてある中濃ソースがベタつき、とても使おうとは思えない不衛生さを感じました。料理人の方は、お客さんが入店するところを見ているにもかかわらす、いらっしゃいなどの挨拶が無いことも減点。昔ながらの居酒屋さんなので覚悟して入店した方が無難です。もう二度と利用することは無い居酒屋。 It is a pub located near Matsumoto Station. S	S Taguchi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鮮度の高い馬刺しの大トロが最高長野旅行の１日目特に店は決まっていなかったので取り敢えず山賊焼がありそうな居酒屋さんへメニューは豊富です地元で取れるものにこだわっている様です^_^ やはりやはり気になるのは長野のソウルフードと呼ばれる山賊焼！ニンニクが効いていてジューシーです！ただハーフなのに思ったより大きいく、このサイズの半分を想像してました(^◇^;) そして長野といえば信州サーモンですよね！長野県が開発した養殖サーモンこれも脂が乗ってていい感じ！なんの臭みもないそして一番驚いたのは馬刺し！鹿とかもあったので長野はジビエもいけるんでしょうね^_^ 馬刺しと言えば熊本のイメージですが、長野もうまいんですね！東京では殆ど出回らず、冷凍ばかりで、美味いのは殆ど食べられない、、、霜降り部分なんて初めて食べましたが、肉って感じと甘みの強い脂、赤身とたてがみのちょうど良い所取でめちゃくちゃ美味い！雰囲気はザ居酒屋！という感じで店員さんが元気よく働いています。店長のおじさんの愛想があまり良くないのが微妙でしたが、料理は美味しかったです。 Great freshness of horse sashimi Toro is the best First day of Nagano trip Especially because the store was not decided, for the time being, Izakaya where there seems to be bandits The menu is abundant It seems to stick to what can be taken locally ^ _ ^ After all, what is worrisome is a bandit-yaki called Nagano's Soul Food!
