I had a fried set meal. The combination of fresh vegetables, tender meat and soup stock is the best and the rice goes on. Miso soup also has a lot of seafood soup and is really delicious. The level of cooking is high! It is a shop that you will want to go to eat next time.
藤	藤原友也 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチを頂きました。カレーランチを食べましたが、スパイシーでとても美味しかったです。この味を出すためにはとても手が込んでいると思いました。見た目もオシャレなので盛り付けの参考にもなりました。ランチだけでなく、ディナーでお酒も飲みに行きたいと思います。追記ディナーを食べました。旬の野菜を始め、地元で有名な豆腐やキノコのバター炒めがとても美味しく、料理に合わせた飲み物もおすすめしてくれました。カウンターで飲みましたが、店長が話上手で楽しいひと時でした。赤星が飲めるお店は貴重ですね！ I had lunch. I ate curry lunch and it was spicy and very delicious. I thought it was very elaborate to get this taste. It looks fashionable, so it was also a reference for serving. I would like to go drinking not only for lunch but also for dinner. Postscript I ate dinner. Including seasonal vegetables, locally famous tofu and mushrooms fried in butter were very delicious, and they recommended drinks that matched the dishes. I drank at the counter, but the store manager was good at talking and it was a fun time. The shop where you can drink Akaboshi is valuable!

We ate here both nights we stayed in Matsumoto, the owner is really nice no English menu but he translated everything for us, restaurant is mostly visited by locals which is nice it feels very original and the food is awesome, we ate at several Michelin star restaurants in Tokyo and we believe this one could easily get a star! If you come to Matsumoto, you have to try it out! Prices are ok too!
