★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 畑の中にポツンとある素敵な蕎麦屋さんでした。コロナ対策も万全で店員さんの接客も素晴らしかったです。日替り定食にはそば茶、蕎麦湯、食後のコーヒーが付きます。BGMもセンスがよかったですね。現実を忘れる、また来たくなるお店でした。
 It was a nice soba restaurant in the field. Corona measures were perfect and the customer service of the clerk was also wonderful. The daily set meal includes buckwheat tea, soba hot water, and coffee after meals. BGM also had a good sense. It was a shop that forgets the reality and makes you want to come again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 天ぷらとざるのセットは天ぷらがお皿にたくさん盛られていてサクサクで季節のお野菜が最高に美味しかったです。旦那さんは2種類の食べ比べみたいなのを注文してました。そばつゆのお出汁がとてもそばに絡んで美味しかったです。最後は蕎麦湯で出汁も美味しく頂きました。
土曜日の13時半にならんで食べれたのは14半回ってました。今度は平日の昼間におじゃまします！
The tempura and colander set had a lot of tempura on the plate and it was crispy and the seasonal vegetables were the best. My husband ordered something like a comparison of two types of food. The soup stock of soba soup was very entwined with the soba and it was delicious. At the end, I enjoyed the soup stock with soba hot water.
It was 14 and a half times that I ate alongside Saturday at 13:30. This time I'll bother you during the daytime on weekdays!

十割では中々でない喉越しを堪能しました。
Soba is a product of ingredients, water and skill.
At 100%, I enjoyed the throat that was not medium.

キノコそばはちょっと味が濃かったけど美味しかったです。
My daughter ate a tempura soba set near mushrooms.
Mushroom soba had a strong taste, but it was delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナ対策もしっかりしているだけでなく、お母さんたちの気の行き届いた接客が素晴らしかったです。待ち時間としては土曜日の昼過ぎに到着し、名前を記入してから1時間ほどで店内へ入ることができました。
近所を散歩したり、近くのポニーを見たり飽きることがありませんでした。
お蕎麦は鴨そばとミニ天丼をオーダー。
新そばの時期だったため、追加料金を払って新そばへ変更。
濃い出汁の鴨そばには少し蕎麦の旨みが負けてしまったように思えました。
冷たいつゆでざるでしたら完璧でした。
天丼はとにかく野菜がおいしかったです。
Not only was the corona countermeasures solid, but the attentive customer service of the mothers was wonderful. As for the waiting time, I arrived in the afternoon on Saturday, and I was able to enter the store about an hour after I filled in my name.
I never got tired of walking around the neighborhood or seeing ponies nearby.
For soba, I ordered duck soba and mini-tendon.
Since it was the time for new soba, we changed to new soba for an additional fee.
It seemed that the taste of soba had lost a little to the duck soba with the thick soup stock.
It was perfect if I had to boil it cold.
Anyway, the vegetables in the tendon were delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 11:00ちょっと過ぎについたら空いてました。初めてのしんざんで、駐車場に停めて何個か建物がありどれかと探してましたが教えて頂き1番右にある建物で庭を歩いていく感じです。
そばが得意ではない息子を連れていきましたが大絶賛。
天ぷらそばセットのもりを頼みました。(ザルそばの海苔がないだけ。)
天ぷらはエビ二匹、かぼちゃ、ヤーコン、ムカゴ(長芋の赤ちゃんだそうです)、春菊、パプリカ、舞茸と品数が豊富でした。
これで1200円はお得?
入口で新鮮な椎茸が無人販売されてました。
It was vacant when I arrived a little after 11:00. For the first time, I parked in the parking lot and searched for some buildings, but I was told and it feels like walking in the garden at the building on the far right.
I brought my son, who is not good at buckwheat noodles, but he was praised very much.
I ordered the tempura soba set. (There is no seaweed near the colander.)
The tempura was abundant with two shrimp, pumpkin, yacon, propagule (it seems to be a baby of a long potato), garland chrysanthemum, paprika, and maitake mushrooms.
This saves 1200 yen ?
Fresh shiitake mushrooms were sold unattended at the entrance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A cute little soba restaurant surrounded by forest and farm land and delicious soba noodles. They have a wood deck outside overlooking a small pond with colorful koi fish for people to sit and relax at as they wait to be seated.
The parking lot in front of the restaurant is tiny but you can also use the wider parking lot of next door, just look out of the sign (in Japanese).
The soba noodles are made with 100% buckwheat grains so they have a pretty strong flavor with some bitter notes. I really liked the strong flavor so definitely give it a try!
I ordered the "mori" soba and tempura set. The tempura was delicious and was mostly vegetables including some in-season wild mountain vegetables. There is no special dipping sauce for the tempura here but there is a little salt shaker on the table or you can dip it in your soba noodle sauce, but I definitely recommend using the salt.
We came in cherry blossom season so there was a VERY long wait to be seated. The first day we came there was a 40-minute wait so we came the next day 15 minutes or so after opening time and there was still a bit of a wait but more reasonable. I can't say how the wait will be during the non-peak season but when you come to eat here, leave enough time open in your schedule just in case.
