ラーメン好きですが 新そばの季節なので久しぶりに中野市の戸隠そば屋さんへお昼におじゃましましたが この日は定休日があったのか休みでした
しかたなく街中を移動して しんしゅう さんへ 食事処 うどん 定食 そば てんぷら うなぎ の看板があり前から気になっていました メニュー豊富な看板の店で食事して その味にがっかりした経験があり 期待と不安で初訪問
店内 照明やや暗く丁度いい きれいに掃除されています フロアにテーブルが二つ 小上がりもありました 入口に階段があったので二階も使っているかもしれません 年配のご夫婦だと思いますが二人で切り盛りしている様子
ざるそばを注文
美味しいです 中野産の蕎麦粉を使っているようです 汁もいい だしの味が良く辛くなく そばを全部つけていただきました
食後にコーヒーのサービスがありました ごちそうさまでした
食事処でなく そば屋しんしゅう でも十分と思いますが
メニューは確かに多いです ラーメンは有りませんでしたが さぬき?うどん 茹でるのに時間がかかります と有り期待して再訪したいと思います

１つ１つおかず丁寧に作ってあり美味しいです。その中にトンカツが入っていて、
次は、カツ丼頼んだら、やっぱり美味しかったです。
器貸し出しで、お蕎麦うどんも出来るそうです。
