蟹をいただくために宿泊しました。生き蟹専門を謳うだけあって蟹は大変美味しかったです。大将の解体パフォーマンスもなかなかで、御歳80になられるという大将の蟹にかける情熱が感じられるいいお店です。ロケーションもいいので夏に家族でも来たいのですが、夏場も蟹料理だけらしいのでお宿としては★1個減らしました。

Very unique experience. The master has a very very deep understanding of crab. Everyone provided top service. I learne so much about crab i didnt know before. There was no smell from the crab on your hands. The Kani miso did not taste fishy either. Nihonshu and beer were excellent. The Sashimi was great also. All crab i will ever eat from now on i will judge from this place. They set the standard to a whole new level.
