★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 焦がし醤油ラーメンを食べてきました。月曜日の11:50頃に店に着いたら、暖簾が出ていないので定休日かと思いましたが、よく見ると営業中の看板。店はそれほど混んでおらず客は10人弱。スタンダードな白河ラーメンではありませんが、癖になりそうな味です。焼き餃子も美味かったです。
 I've been eating charred soy sauce ramen. When I arrived at the shop around 11:50 on Monday, I thought that it would be a regular holiday because the curtain was not displayed, but if I look closely, the signboard is open. The store is not so crowded and has less than 10 customers. Although it is not standard Shirakawa ramen, it is a taste that is likely to become a habit. Fried gyoza was also delicious.

名物といわれている「焦がし醤油ラーメン」をいただきました。
一口目の感想は「うわ、しょっぱ！」
舌がなれてくるとおいしく感じますが、それでもやはり味は濃いめ。
〆のラーメンにはちょうどいいかな。
煮卵もはいってます。

I got "scorched soy sauce ramen" which is said to be a specialty.
The impression of the first mouth is "Wow, sho!"
I feel tasty when the tongue comes off, but still the taste is deep.
I wonder if it is right for the ramen at the end.
I also have boiled eggs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 醤油ラーメンに五目ご飯と唐揚げ3個がセットになったラーメンセット計1000円を注文しました。
醤油ラーメンは少しコッテリ系のとんこつ醤油？に近い感じのスープでした。五目ご飯は濃いめの味で唐揚げもしっかりとした味付けでした。悪くはないですがまた期待かと聞かれると一回でいいかな と言うのが正直な感想です。
I ordered a ramen set totaling 1000 yen, which is a set of soy sauce ramen, gomoku rice and 3 fried chicken.
Is the soy sauce ramen a little bit of tonkotsu soy sauce? It was a soup that was close to. Gomoku rice had a strong taste and the fried chicken was well seasoned. It's not bad, but my honest impression is that when asked if it's expected again, it's okay to do it once.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 焼豚みそラーメンを頂きました。かなりあっさりした味噌ラーメンですが、臭みのないスープで若干辛味の効いたスッキリした味わいです。
しかし、チャーシューがロースを使っている為か、硬めだったのと味玉がほぼ固茹でだったので個人的に少し残念でした。
I had grilled pork miso ramen. The miso ramen is fairly light, but it has a refreshing taste with a slightly spicy taste in a soup that has no odor.
However, I was a little disappointed personally because the char siu used loin and it was hard and the taste balls were almost boiled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 白川ラーメンを食べようと思いましたが、お店オススメの焦がし醤油ラーメンを注文しました。
コッテリしてそうだけど、そこまで、濃さが口に残らずスープごと完食させていただきました。
店内はカウンターだと、厨房をよく覗けます。
また、お店の雰囲気も常連さんが多くいい店内でした。
セットだとなかなかの食べごたえでした。
晩御飯にラーメンはと思いましたが、お腹も満足でぐっすり寝れました。

初めて訪れた白河のラーメン屋さん。
泊まったホテルから歩いて３分くらいの距離。
大好きなワンタン麺を注文♪
お友達、ご家族連れ、お一人様が後から入ってきて、焦がし醤油を注文されてました。
次は焦がしにしますね（笑）
おっきなきくらげにビビりましたが、とても美味しかったです♪
雲を飲む様なツルリとしたワンタンときくらげの食感。
最高でーす！
麺も好みの感じの普通くらいの太さ。
スープもしょっぱさを感じる色味でしたが、ちょうど良いと感じました。
ホントに美味しかったです。
ごちそうさまでした♪

Next time I'll burn it (laughs)
I was scared by the big fungus, but it was very delicious ♪
A smooth wonton and a wood ear texture that feels like drinking clouds.
It ’s the best!
The noodles are about the same thickness as you like.
The soup had a salty color, but I felt it was just right.
It was really delicious.
