★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お昼ご飯を食べに行ってきました。気さくでカワイイ店員さんがホッコリともてなしてくれました。酢豚は初めて食べる食感。添えられたレモンと一緒に口に入れると意外とマッチします。
麻婆豆腐は辛めを頼みましたが思ったほど辛くなく汗は出ませんでした。また行きたいなと思いました。

二回目にお伺いした際は社長、自ら炒飯を調理いただき具材も細かく刻んでいただくなど
御自身が御納得行くまでこだわって調理いただき、また美味しく頂戴しました。
三回目、酢豚が半生。しかしお店の方が
とても気持ちいい御対応をいただき、他のお料理は美味しく頂戴できました。
四回目の今夜は、炒飯の具材は食べづらいし
料理後の鍋の処理も曖昧など、かなり
うーむと言う状況でしたので星二つに
しました。
作られる方によって味が変わるのも
仕方がないですが、一つ一つの工程を
丁寧に処理していただきたいと思います

なので並ばずすぐに食べられるのが良い点と言えます

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 毎週パルコの地下ランチを楽しんでいますが、今日は中華の若林さんへ。麻婆豆腐や酢豚など気になるメニューがたくさん！まずは唐揚げ定食を。カラッと揚がった唐揚げはまさに中華屋さんの唐揚げ。高音の油でパリッパリのカラッカラ。熱々ジューシーでてげうめー！（すごく美味しい）。やっぱり唐揚げはこれじゃなきゃね！
知ってる方やってるお店だけにリピート決定です。次は麻婆豆腐いくぞー！
追記 回鍋肉も美味い！
追記 名物の酢豚食べてみました。これは！
酢豚の概念が変わるくらいのインパクト。豚一枚を酢豚にというのが新しい。そして美味い。上に乗っているレモンとのバランスもいい！酢豚の銘品誕生です。
追記 麻婆豆腐が激アツだけど、激ウマ！クセになる美味しさです。

接客も良くって、ん～っまた行きます！(笑)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 心斎橋パルコのネオン食堂街にできた中華料理屋さん。
ネオンな雰囲気は特にないですが、最近リバイバルブームになりつつある大衆中華のいい雰囲気があります。
店内は意外と広く、入り口と認識できる箇所がたくさんあったためか入店して着座してからかなりの時間、放置されました。
1 1時のオープンしたてということもあってか、従業員の数も少なく、仕方ないかなと思いました。
ここの黒酢酢豚のメニュー写真が美味しそうなので訪れましたが、特にランチメニューなどはなかったので(ちょい飲みセットはあり),単品で黒酢酢豚とライスを注文しました。
味の方は正直、肉が硬くて、脂っぽさもあり全然美味しくなかったです。
これで、お店のおすすめとして1000円近くで提供するのはいかがなものかなと個人的には思いました。

ここの麻婆豆腐がめちゃくちゃ絶品！
私はちょっと辛口が好きなのでいつも辛口を頼みます!
ほどよい辛さでグツグツと出てくる麻婆豆腐は毎回絶対頼みたくなります！
この前は毛沢東チキンも頼みましたが、これも絶品！
全部美味しいから全メニュー制覇したいと思ってます！
次はチャーハンと空芯菜も狙ってます！
あとお酒も結構安いので飲んべえにもおすすめ！
