Ambiance: 4/5 Counter seating on the ground floor, sometimes the floor was slippery
Used to frequent Mannen quite a bit for their variety of ramens.
The ramens were always consistently good, sadly the side dishes like the karaage were a bit inconsistent in their quality from time to time and really became a gamble, so stopped frequenting the restaurant.
