家具に大きな傷をつけられたのに、その後のフォローなし。センターに電話をすると「逆にその時にどうすればよかったのか」と言われる始末。傷の修理、新品に交換しろ、とこちらが言うと恐喝になるのでは？ この傷を見るたびにあの対応の悪さを思い出します。
