復旧したフォルダーに残っていたデータが古いものだった為、
全部のファイルを再確認して別のフォルダーに入っていた最新のデータと差し替える等の作業が少し大変でした。
料金が思った以上に高かったので、もう少し安ければ利用しやすいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 外付けHDD2TBのデータ復旧を依頼しました。電話で問い合わせたところ、店舗まで持っていけばある程度どのような壊れ方か判断できると言われたため、結構遠かったですが持って行きました。しかし、そこでの確認は単にUSBをつないで、HDDにアクセスできませんねというだけの確認でした。そんな確認なら私でもできると思い、行ったことを後悔しましたが、他の店に行くのも面倒だったので、依頼することにしました。金額も10万円はしなかったものの、大変高く、非常に残念でした。とりあえず
データは復旧されたので、星２としました。

When I inquired by phone, I was told that if I brought it to the store, I could judge how it would break to some extent, so it was quite a long way, but I took it. However, the confirmation there was simply that the USB was connected and the HDD could not be accessed. I thought I could do that, so I regretted going there, but it was a hassle to go to another store, so I decided to ask. Although the amount was not 100,000 yen, it was very expensive and very disappointing. For the time being
Since the data has been recovered, I gave it a star 2.

When we made a request from the Kansai area, we sent the PC to the Chubu area by mistake, but we were happy to respond. Since it was my first time to restore the HDD, I had no idea which vendor to ask, so I called. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 会社のデータ送受信用のパソコンが突然起動しなくなり、業務が滞ってしまうため早急な処置が必要でした。大至急でホームページを検索しこちらにデータ復旧をお願いすることにしました。
お陰様で２日後には復旧したＨＤを納入していただき、９８％ほどの内容が復旧されており、すぐに業務を再開することができました。
料金については特急でお願いしましたので高いのは承知の上でしたが、もう少し安くしていただけると今後も気軽にお願いできると思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 業務でバックアップで使用していた、15年以上のデータが入った外付けHDD(1TB)が、急にアクセスできなくなり、近くで復旧できる店をネットで探し、評価も高かった当店に持ち込みました。約束した時間より遅れたが、親切に対応して頂き、その後のメールでのやり取りも丁寧で、安心して任せる事ができました。
復旧したデータは、一緒に送ったSSDに保管をお願いし、受け取ったSSDには全ての復旧されたデータが保管されていました。
15年以上の大事なデータが消えずに戻り、感謝しかありません。信頼できる会社です。
皆さんも困った時にはお勧めします。
