faxをメールに転送しているのですが、pcを変えたら、できなくなり、
メーカーを呼ぶと費用がかかるとのこと。
販売店に電話したら、翌日対応ならということで、対応してくれました。
以前の販売店から、変えてつきあっているのですが、対応が全然違うので、非常に満足しています。
会社で使用している複合機なので、アフターメンテがしっかりしている事がやっぱり大事だと思いました。
今後とも、宜しくお願い致します。
