日本人にとって味噌は古来からの、健康食だと言うことをメインにして、らーめんからでも、健康食だと言うコンセプトのお店だそうです。伊勢、西京、北海道、に加えて最近、江戸の種類を加え味噌にもこだわってました。
北海道味噌らーめんのチャシュー３枚のせをいただきましたが、炙ってあるチャシューのボリュームが、すごいです。まるで、バラ肉の豚テキを食べているような、感じです。
極太のフライドポテトもトッピングされ、美味しくいただきました。
スープを飲んで濃く感じた方は、スープで薄めてくれるそうですが

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 厨房の見える席に案内されたのですが、厨房内でお客の悪口言ったり面倒臭いと言ったりしているのを聞いてしまい気分が悪い。リピートなし。

ただ不衛生なのかラー油にコケ？白い浮遊物が入っていました。
客の目につく物の衛生管理が出来てない時点で裏ではどんな事をしてるかわからず怖いとしか言えませんでした２度と行きません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先に結論からいうと、濃厚な味噌ラーメンを食べたい方におすすめ。食べたのは札幌味噌と伊勢味噌を注文。どちらも甘めの味噌を使っておりコクがある。恐らくハマる人にはたまらない味なのかなぁと思う。チャーシューと味たまをトッピングしたけど、チャーシューが思ったほど食べ応えがなくトッピングしなくてもいいかな？と感じた。ラーメンとしてはクオリティは高い。しかしリピートはと聞かれたら、正直難しいところだと思う。

上級者ではなく初心者ですが、どの味噌ラーメンも本当に美味い。
さっぽろ純連や麺屋恵比寿、むつみ屋（現：奏）などいろいろ好きな店ありますが、ここは一ヶ所で様々な味噌ラーメンが味わえるのでお薦め。

なんと！牡蠣フライがトッピングされており牡蠣フライ好きの私には嬉しかったです。
甘めの味噌でコクもあり、リピートしたい味でした。
餃子も味噌ダレでいただきました。美味しくて満足です。
