 You can enjoy the cherry blossoms in full bloom on weekends. It's thawed and there is a lot of water.

It seems fun to bring children with you. There are Kappa objects all over the park and it's fun just to see them.

角度のついた天井の作品はおおがかりですね。
可動するのかしら。
蓮の花が咲いている池は、いいですね。
もうひとつ小さい家という作品、土豪のような小さな入口のコンクリートの小部屋がありました。
蜘蛛の巣も貼ってたり、小さな虫が蠢いていたり、少し怖い印象。
入ろうかと思いましたが、ちょっと空気悪そうな。通りの反対側が入口だし、ちょっと防犯上もオススメできないかな。

The pond where the lotus flowers are blooming is good.
There was another small house work, a small concrete room with a small entrance like earthy.
I have also put a spider's web, little insects are crawling, and a little scary impression.
I thought it would come in, but it looks a bit airy. The other side of the street is the entrance and I can not recommend it for security purposes.

新潟はあいにくの天気でしたが 時おり晴れ間の合間を小雨が降る中
突然現れる大きな建造物 能の舞台やイベントなどに使われる
大きな建物とハスが綺麗な池があります
トイレや遊具もある公園になっています
向かい側にはお社があります
駐車場もあるので立ち寄りやすいです

A large building that suddenly appears, used for Noh stages and events
There is a big building and a pond with beautiful lotus
It is a park with toilets and playground equipment
There is a shrine on the other side
There is also a parking lot so it's easy to stop by
